Yeah, it is but it's complicated. It took three years to create the hoax. That's a lot of BS to sort through.

Err, the facts would seem to be a critical aspect of an analysis.

Lay out the facts and then apply the law to those facts.

It's illegal to lie to Federal Agents.

    McCabe lied to federal agents.

McCabe got a pass on this one, largely because he's cooperating with the larger Durham investigation

Anyone is free to hate Trump, what I'm not OK with is unelected government officials misusing their power against political opponents, which is what Durham is investigating in his criminal investigation.

People who "hate" Bonespurs do so because of his incompetence, his lack of respect for the law, and his flouting of the law and our traditions.

When he was elected, I thought that he'd become a more pragmatic president than the carnival barker we saw during the campaign. He's become even worse than the candidate.

It's better to know that it was run by known felons who skated?

You might want to get your facts straight lest you be accused of lying.

The most significant evidence against the FBI validated in Sydney Powell’s (Flynn's new attorney) brief was the circumstances surrounding Flynn’s first interview with the FBI on Jan. 24, 2017 and the manipulation of the interview report, known as a 302, from that interview. The interview was conducted by now fired FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok, whose texts messages later revealed he was vehemently anti-Trump and current FBI Special Agent Joe Pientka, who has never spoken publicly on the matter. In December, 2017 reporter Sara Carter revealed that it was Strzok who had interviewed Flynn and that the interview itself was a set-up.

Sydney Powell noted that “on February 10, 2017, the news broke—attributed to ‘senior intelligence officials’—that Mr. Flynn had discussed sanctions with Ambassador Kislyak, contrary to what Vice President Pence had said on television previously.”

Then, according to documents, “overnight, the most important substantive changes were made to the Flynn 302.”

    NOW READ THIS ...

“Those changes added an unequivocal statement that ‘FLYNN stated he did not’—in response to whether Mr. Flynn had asked Kislyak to vote in a certain manner or slow down the UN vote. This is a deceptive manipulation because, as the notes of the agents show, Mr. Flynn was not even sure he had spoken to Russia/Kislyak on this issue. He had talked to dozens of countries.”

I think that it would have been great to have had the hoaxblower testify during the House hearings.

I just can't see the validity in using a trial as a forum to seek evidence. My opinion is that a trial is a place to present evidence.

My hope is that the Senate investigates those persons.

It seems it is much easier to start an investigation into Republicans then it is Democrats.

When do Bonespurs and OJ go looking for the real killers?

At least OJ had a real trial.

Huh? what does OJ have to do with anything? He was convicted at a civil trial.

Trump won't be, nor will he take a plea like Clinton had to because of his conduct. There was no crime, and the allegations failed to be proven at trial. Trump is fully exonerated.

    Try again

Just look at the whole Russia hoax and how easy that was to get started, all because Hillary said the Russians hacked the election.

    “Fully exonerated” just like OJ.

Oh, and juries in civil cases don’t “convict” anyone.

When do Bonespurs and OJ find the real killers and the Ukrainians behind interference in the 2016 election?
