The Mueller/ Weismann report exonerated Trump. And the articles of impeachment were based on a banana republic hearing with nothing but hearsay and mind reading. The purpose of these exercises in futility were to damage Trump. Instead they strengthened Trump but destroyed the Biden campaign.

Not in prime time anyway. They still refuse to retract hundreds of phony scandals and misinformation about how much taxes do the rich pay global warming OMG the fact that every Republican on the intelligence committees in Congress agreed Russians hacked DNC and overwhelmed social media with garbage about Hillary etc etc etc. Now they call it a hoax what garbage

Exactly! It's to be expected that news outlets make mistakes. That's fine, so long as they correct it as soon as they realize it, apologize, and never repeat it again. If Fox has apologized for the false claims that there was no collusion or obstruction in the Mueller report, I missed it. Or about the so-called DNC "server" in Ukraine, or about the report signed by all our intelligence agencies about the Russia attack on our elections being false..... Too many conspiracy theories to mention. They did correct the Seth Rich conspiracy theory. Too late, in my opinion. So late and so quietly that you even have some nut appear once in a while still repeating it.

Yes. Mistakes are embarrassing. But they are NOT "fake news".

Fake news is also not... whatever a pathological liar like Trump describes as fake news, even though they are proven to be factual. That should be obvious even to you. Fake news is also not opinion about a future even that later doesn't play out. Or any type of opinion, at all. Fake news is fabricated nonsense that the corresponding media fails to correct even after it is shown to be wrong. Fox , and their echo chamber, are the main source of those. And they're not even embarrassed about it.

BTW, this thread is not about fake news. It's about the gullibility of the receiving audience. How they accept the false narrative even when proven to be false. That is only seen among Fox echo chamber consumers.

The conclusion of the the Mueller/Weismann report was no collusion and no obstruction of justice.

Bologna. It called Trump The conspirator number one. And led manafort and Cohen to be in jail. But Mueller is a mealy-mouthed GOP drone and said that Presidents cannot be indicted. Everything you know is wrong.

It certainly is said but that doesn't mean it's true. All real journalists and law enforcement agree with CNN. Around the world to the BBC France 24 hindustani times der Spiegel etc etc etc. Everyone agrees but Rupert Murdoch and Rush Limbaugh. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Was this information provided by Fox anchors or by guests? I've heard them issue corrections for factual inaccuracies several times. Perhaps you might try prime time.

I don't know what an "extreme" hyperbole is. Sounds like nonsense. Like saying "a big Giant". Or "wet water". What I wrote is just a hyperbole. Do you have anything against hyperboles? They're just a type of metaphor. Like when you say "I'm freezing!" Which doesn't mean you're literally turning into a Popsicle.

Most intelligent people actually go beyond criticizing the style and comment on what is being said. Do you have anything to comment on the OP?

    No? Just stylistic commentary.... Huh!

It all depends upon context. If for example someone were to say " i am so hungry that I could eat a horse", that is clearly hyperbole and it perhaps is a means of artfully painting a picture with one's words while conveying a legitimate reality. That would be a useful way of honestly using hyperbole in order to communicate.

In this instance however, (where you presented your "hyperbole" as fact and then predicated your entire OP on that "fact"), the hyperbole then constitutes outright dishonesty. I dislike it when people are dishonest. It destroys their credibility.

If one blows off fox news one has no idea of what's actually going on in the country as you will never here it from Western establishment media.

The impeachment circus, didn’t just destroy Biden’s campaign but his legacy. He will always be linked directly to corruption in a foreign country...no matter what the subsequent investigations uncover

I've seen Fox and their echo-chamber long enough to understand what would happen if I listened only to them and set aside all common sense and rational thought.

Yup. His campaign fiasco is just the final bullet point in the long list of things Biden has been wrong about.

I used to have some respect for him. Although I disagree with his Biden Rule, racist crime law with Clinton, and his sexual harassment

That is like me getting my physics from the Ringling Brothers Circus.

Donald Trump wonders why the National Enquirer didn’t win a Pulitzer Prize.
    https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...nquirer-didnt-win-a-pulitzer-prize-heres-why/

Donald Trump seems to say whatever is on his mind, and at a Friday morning news conference in Ohio, he shared a thought that has apparently been in his head for a while: "I've always said, 'Why didn't the National Enquirer get the Pulitzer Prize?'"
