Judge in Stone Trial is a Deep State Hack !

It is now confirmable.She let a partisan Foreman { Female Democrat
Activist } have a major role in her courtroom.This Judge { Berman }
was an Obama appointment.Roger Stone did not stand a chance for
a Fair Trial and this Judge is Responsible.She had a responsibility to either
dismiss the Sentencing or Recuse herself from further Trial proceedings.
This is absolutely a Terrible Omen for Justice in America.

That's the attorney's fault in voir dire for not properly vetting the juror. The judge has nothing to do with it.

has a specific duty in immediately removing a Juror once a Bias is
known.It happens all the time in Trials.

Stone under a gag order is not expected to address the court.
This Hack Judge is pleading about how Stone Intimidated her court.

and as Judge Napolitano just stated on Fox is an attempt to
make the sentence bulletproof as to a pardon.I think the Judge almost
did the right thing.She needed to recuse herself and/or drop the
Verdict pending a close investigation as to this Foreperson with
a dynamic Bias against President Trump.A Retrial is now the only
correct way to go.
