We're feeling the impact locally, Tons of commercial investment and houses are popping up like crazy.

GREAT for the local economy and increases the tax base.

 

The USA needs more US citizens working and paying taxes, with no illegal aliens and fewer citizens takers and slackers sucking the US Treasury teat.

 

That's the new businesses and investments in future companies springing up.

Meanwhile, the old companies are going bankrupt or selling their long-standing businesses off.

The new is filling the hole of the old things going bye-bye. It's a market cycle.

This is why it doesn't bother me that Trump golfs a lot. He's done more for this country than almost any other president and he's not even done with his first term. If the country was still in the toilet like it was under obama then I would have a problem.

Something does not quite add up about these sudden housing building claims. They say that permits skyrocketed up in the Northeast by 32% and rose 1.2% in the West while falling 5.4%in the South and plummeting 26% in the Mid-West. The part I do not get is why they would skyrocket in the Northeast where we have a DECLINING POPULATIO:N????Low birth rate and declining number of immigrants being allowed into the country.We do not lack housing we LACK AFFORDABLE HOUSING!!!!

 

If you can't afford a house move into a Mall....they are pretty empty apparently....and you can get all the Sbarro pizza you want.

 

If Democrats cared about the homeless, they would make it easier to build housing. They make it very profitable to run a slum because only the rich and well connected can build new buildings. Especially in California. You have to know what Democrat to bribe to get projects approved, and if you don't pay the bribes they shut you down.

 

Lots of homeless to compete with. And many of them are like drugged out zombies that will stab you without a second thought.

 

Democrats are the party of the poor. They are invested in keeping people poor and creating more poverty.

 

No question about it, since Trump entered office, jobs and the economy has gone in the *******.
