California is way past any debt limit.They were technically insolvent
under Governor Brown.Their Liabilities exceed it's assets.
Considering Hollywood and Silicon Valley and the Wine industry
it's best assets.Their Pols ... it's worst.

 

But if you balance that with its debt and liabilities, it's the poorest state in our country - by far

 

Pelosi the represenative from the turd capital of the nation.

 

But Nancy et al pretend like it isn't happening because they are incapable of caring about it. You cannot virtue signal that your city is a refuge for illegals while hosting your own flotsam and jetsam that you do not give a rat's ass about. Homeless problem? What homeless problem. That poop thing is highly exaggerated, besides it's Trump's fault.

So why are people living on the street?

 

California's high debt to income ratio is indicative of its citizens. California is, by far, the poorest state in out country.

 

I had heard that, yes. Some other terrible demographic stats, as well.

They probably should have thought of all that, before declaring themselves a sanctuary for the crapulent and the idle.
