    The 1193 point decline in today's DOW Jones average is the largest one day decline in the history of the stock market.

    And, I've already turned it into a profit. Probably make a great deal of money before this event is over. Volatility is where profitability lies, other than the gradual gains in a strong stable market.
    Been waiting for an event to create it, and an the same time hoping it wouldn't happen because so many don't know how to deal with it. This is a totally emotional issue- no company value has changed at all. As Buffet advised..... When people are fearful, be greedy. When people are greedy, be fearful. You just have to make the right calls at the right time, regardless of what the market is doing.
    Of course, it's not over; the question is how long it will last, how far it will go.

    No, our economy is not immune from what takes place in the world, travel on everything ship,plane auto truck or even public transit is way down as counties tell their citizens and school children to stay at home and shelter in place.Stores are not selling restaurants aren't serving, business everywhere is severely slowed.

    I made my 401k losses back after obama was elected. Everytime he gave a speech the Dow would tank but then rebound. I would sell before his speech and then buy on the low. It would go back up right after.....thanks obama.

    Kraft-Heinz is typical of a great many companies traded on our stock market, their bonds were just recently reduced to junk status as they are losing money, like a lot of other companies listed on our stock market. Six companies were responsible for over 25% of all stock market gains since Dirty Donald took office.

    Essentially a vote of no confidence in the administration after that wacky presser yesterday. The market needs to be confident in the information it’s receiving.

    Trump needs to bite his tongue and let the professionals speak. Plus, obviously, put them in charge rather than his merry band of incompetents.

    This is not the time to be a paranoid jerk. Our Medical professionals and Congress (Money) will bend over backwards to get the job done. Let them.

    From what the news tonight is reporting the professionals are ill prepared to handle a real emergency, as cities are having to send their tests to Atlanta and wait for the results and an insufficient number of test kits.
