reducing regulations cause the Bush crash and will now cause the Trump crash, as far as magic wands, let's see Trump wave it if you think he has one

Trump has the highest debt by Trillions of any President before him.. biggly

if the economy was so great the fed would not have to keep interest rates so low, dump billions into the economy to keep it afloat and the debt gaining by a trillion a year

Too soon. No one's buying it. We remember. Perhaps that will sell during the next election cycle. But hey, you can beat that drum for the next eight months if you want to. No one's really listening to you anyway. All of the movement is in the other direction with organizations like Turning Point USA, #blexit and #walkaway.

They DO care, that's the point. They just don't care about the orange man's idiosyncracies and unpleasantnesses.

I think that is the key, when it's used as a put down

it's like calling someone an old man or old lady as a put down constantly then when they get upset saying, but you are old, why so upset, then attacking all old people over it

Agreed people shouldn't do that they should talk about themselves in the first person typically and the story about Dave should be in the second person. That's called proper English.

They can try all they want, for now and the foreseeable future, denying housing and all that other official stuff is illegal.

No contradiction. PRIVATE enterprise is subject to PRIVATE property law. Entry/service can be refused to anyone, at any time, for any reason. A private enterprise is exactly the same as your private home. The owner or tenant is entitled to control all that happens within that property.

The only thing which is illegal is actually telling a person you refuse service/entry for one of the proscribed illegal reasons. But since you're not obliged to give any reason for refusal (see private property law, above), you'd have to be out of your ever-loving mind to do so. Those who do so, deserve everything they get.

you can not deny black people service just because they are black, that is not a right of private businesses - that is discrimination

Yes, it is completely legal to do so. The only thing you can't do is tell them that was the reason.

The law is very clear. Look into it, if you doubt.

I believe that we've been over this before. Of they can establish a pattern of only denying blacks and not others, then it doesn't matter what you say the reason is, they will treat it as such.

A business owner who engages in such a pattern, openly, deserves everything they get.

no it's not legal to deny black people service because they are black... not legal and not right to do either

yes, criminals can lie and get away with crimes, doesn't make it legal

Well said, and quoted for truth. And, if these mental patients truly were 'keeping it in their bedrooms' instead of in everyone's face, then they wouldn't have a problem, nobody would know they're mentally ill.

I'll say it again, because it seems you didn't take it in the first (hundred) times I've quoted this here:

Private enterprises can refuse entry or service to ANYONE, at ANY TIME, for ANY REASON.

Please work on your understanding of that very simple law, it will progress our dialogue. To put it in a way which might help you truly absorb the import of that law, imagine if didn't exist - that would mean you have no control over who enters your home or other privately owned/tenanted property. Anyone out in the street would be free to enter your home at any time they felt like it, and you could not legally ask them to leave.

“Refuse service or entry to ANYONE, at ANYTIME, for ANY REASON”...so you’re saying a private business can refuse service because of someone’s skin color?

Let me ask ... what exactly are you having trouble with in that very simple and very clear piece of legislation?

ANYONE, at ANY TIME, for ANY REASON.

Federal and a lot of state laws say you can't discriminate against customers based on factors such as race, religion, sex or national origin.

I think love thy neighbor as thy self is pretty clear. Respect, love, and patience should be the core of all of our interactions with one another. If that is twisted so be it.

Sure, but we're not discussing that. That has been addressed over and over again (eg, 'it's only illegal to actually tell the person that's the reason for refusal' - remember, you can refuse them for ANY reason, and you're not legally obliged to give a reason).

This is about the overarching private property laws that are behind all of that smaller stuff.
