Because the Venezuelans love him, and he's the leader they deserve.

But Maduro is not, the ones who are killing the Venezuelans through sanctions and a lack of medication and the basic necessities, are in Washington. Our foreign policy is to beat and starve people into submission either directly, or to support terrorists, drug mafias or Nazis to do it for us - depending on the country or situation.
