The point of the other party is that the United States turned down the chance to get kits form the WHO. There isn't any proof that the WHO offered the opportunity to sell test kits to the US. There isn't any proof that the US turned down the kits. It wasn't even discussed.

Agreed. But with it's open "wet markets" and fast tracking of bio weapons research China is probably going to be a more than likely source.
