Republicans are suing to get rid of the protections and his admin is refusing to defend it in court. This isn’t opinion, it’s fact.

I'm not sure why they'd sue to get rid of preexisting conditions. Covering them seems like a good idea to me, but I'm not up to par on the knowledge of that because I'm fortunate enough not to have had to deal with it. I'm not sure how that portion worked before, but it seems logical to leave it in. Just my opinion.

Inform Mr.Mello Yellow Guy that Trump also needs to explain
his activity while Staying at Moscow's Ritz Carlton's Presidential
Suite { the same suite the Obama's stayed at } with a golden shower
    cast of prostitutes.
If that could possibly be any more attention grabbing.
Yet used in the Infamous { Steele Dossier } as reporting first by
Buzzfeed. For not one but FOUR F.I.S.A warrants.

In this case, known as Texas v. Azar, the Republican states are arguing that the individual mandate was central to the ACA and that, without it, the entire law must be taken down. That would include the protections for people with preexisting conditions.

The administration has declined to defend the law in court, a move legal analysts have called almost unprecedented. The case is widely expected to go to the Supreme Court. Since the White House has unveiled no replacement, striking the law would leave a policy vacuum, allowing health plans to revert to discriminating against people with medical issues.

We'll see where it goes. I know that's easy for me to say but that's all we can do. Like him or not, Trump doesn't go back on his word. He gets blocked by judges but that's out of his control.

Then why isn’t he defending it in court?
Didn’t he also give his word he’d release his taxes?

Trump was wrong about releasing his Taxes.
He is capable of making mistakes. That is why most Republicans
hold other Republicans to account. Not so with Democrats.

By wrong you mean he lied. It’s not like he’s unable to.

    So, Trump lied.

Should Conservatives not reelect him for that?

In the various business he is involved in and the mountains of paperwork his accountants fill out, I suspect he has been the target of the IRS for years. Whether he passed or not I could care less. Anything that he exposes to the rabid lefties will be picked apart word by friggin word so I say screw em', give them nothing to use against you. If the panic stricken lefties want his tax returns, have them talk to this twit,

It was a rather involved and sticky situation when the forces were
out with the Mueller Special Investigation.Mueller { a Former Attorney
General and FBI director } who was advertised as a typical Republican.
However this typical Republican used virtual pit bull Democrats
like Andrew Weissmann { Enron legacy}who had no shame at all.
    Mueller used U.S.attorneys from Parts of New York { Eastern District }
to Investigate any Trump associate { Manafort and Cowens } for things
Outside the Special Counsel's authority.Like Taxes.Or illegal or
Incomplete Foreign Registering as a Lobbyist.
The New York Tines also got into the act.It might have been
researched by MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.Anywho someone got hold
of some Old Trump Tax return and started showcasing a few pages.
Like Maddow.Just to prove it can be done. That if need be he could be
forced by New York U.S. Attorneys to either fork over needed Tax returns
or face a subpoena.Because New York does not use standard Tax laws
as to Privacy. But a Subpoena would be challenged and that meant
different courts { district then appeals then all the way to the Supreme }.
So Trump, may have wanted to Release his Taxes, but after Manafort and
Cowens were spied on,Harassed, had their office and residences stormed
and then charged and jailed,I don't think Trump was anywhere near
releasing his taxes.Plus his Taxes would have been too involved.

It will make it more difficult to sniff the heads of children.

We've entered the bizarre world where the son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono is tropping Truth Bombs on The Left

‘FIRING ON FEW OR POSSIBLY NO CYLINDERS:’ Sean Ono Lennon drops politely vicious truth-bomb on Dems for picking Biden.

Apparently, being raised by Yoko Ono is a sure path to becoming red-pilled. I enjoyed Sean’s occasional appearances on Sirius-XM’s Beatles channel. I wonder if they’ll continue?
