    1. Landlords are suppose to have foreseen something that has never happened in our lifetimes.

    2. Not only are they suppose to have enough in reserve to cover their own living expenses for a year, but also enough to cover rent for every single one of their tenants for a year too.

    Money for weed but none for the landlord? Then the landlord should be understanding when they don't pay the rent. If people are sheltering in place they aren't driving long So. Cal commutes, depending on what vehicle they're driving the savings on Gasoline costs can be substantial. Below is a good article on what to do if you are laid off.......cut expenses. Weed, Beer and Delivered Pizza are simply not essential.

    Nothing in that article would suggest that customers are forgoing paying rent in order to purchase cannabis.

    A specious argument at best.

    We had real estate agents in Aus who told renters to pay rent from their Superannuation... they are being investigated, these rogue real estate agents need to be reigned in

    What's to rule on? He posted a story about pot sales that didn't mention anything about late rent payments.

    He then went on to say that pot sales were responsible for late rents.

    It was a complete fabrication.

    In other words, a lie.

    His posts speak for themselves.

    He offered no correlation, not one shred of evidence, between cannabis purchases and late rental payments.

    Then stated that late rental payments are a direct result of cannabis purchases.

    This isn't rocket surgery.
