Republicans have been trying to address this for years. Americans are getting paid too much.

Time to cut wages. People like doctors, bus drivers and grocery store clerks shouldn't get the stimulus because they are already working.

Ummmmmm - no. The PPP was only $349 billion (17.45%) of the total stimulus package.

And most of THAT hasn't even gone out yet.

Where did this money go and why did Trump fire the IG in charge of it

all two trillion wasn't for the paycheck protection program. The paycheck protection program was the one the Dems fought so hard against, delaying the bill. and low interest lows, that can be converted to grants, if the business keeps employees on the payroll during this time, even if they are furloughed. It's a fantastic program, and saving a lot of businesses and jobs.

Obviously thinking isn't your strong suit.

    Congress appropriates

The Administration is the branch that EXECUTES

    That is absolutely false.

The Dems fought against the Administration having a blank check for corporations.(500 Billion with a B to corps with no accountability and no disclosure as to who got what till months after the fact)

That my friend would be one of those L words that this site frowns upon

You all voted twice against even considering the PPP...it wasn't until Nancy P got backlash for her bill that included Planned Parenthood funding, and new admission standards for planes did it finally get moving though

I always felt those grocery store clerks make way too much money. They should be earning $5 per hour instead of $11 per hour. (sarchasm)

The BILL was reasonably good (considering the fact that it had to be done as quickly as it was )

The Execution however is a friggin disaster

There was both. Nope they were for it, until Nancy P came back and told Chucky to shut it down she had her own plans. The backlash from that is what finally got it through.

they voted against even taking the bill under consideration....twice! Not the final bill

Cutting wages in the face of inflation is a terrible idea.

    So let's follow along kiddies.

Banks are saying they are too confused to lend.

No one I know was even able to APPLY until today

And yet Trump is claiming that 94 BILLION has been spent and that we need another 250 billion.

Where did that 94 billion go? To WHOM?.

.and what happened to the difference?

350 billion minus 94 Billion leaves 256 Billion uncounted for.

Yea...we need an Inspector General...oh wait...Trump just FIRED him
