    If the nation of China had shut down international travel while it was studying the virus to determine its exact nature, the rest of the world would not have become infected in the first place.

    he claimed total authority. And yes universal social distancing would have been a good idea.

    And universal healthcare does miraculously seem to work in most of the developed world.
