I wouldn't do that with a leftist filter distorting reality, but yes.

    It has been done.

    Google Ray Rosas.

    No they're not.

Stealing a loaf of bread and murdering a 11 year old for their shoes isn't in the same universe.

What would political affiliation have to do with anything. Pulling a gun on a police officer is a good way to wind up dead. It is incumbent on the LEOs to police their own.

Different levels of crimes, sure, but non-violent and violent, such as robbery, crime rates directly contribute to homicide rates.

    Sure.

Shooting a 10 year old and stealing a pack of gum are basically the same thing, really.

How you gathered that from my post is anyone’s guess.

    Work on your reading comprehension.

Ah, Ok, thanks for clarifying. It may not be as bad as you think, as White (non Hispanic) is now only 60% of the population. So roughly 40% of the population then would be considered minority. So the disparity, while still there, is smaller than you think. The split between white and non white is now 49% whites killed and 51% non whites killed.

White - 60% of population and 49% of police killings
Non White 40% of population and 51% of police killings

Again this is removing the 629 unknowns.

A small disparity yes, I suppose one would have to do a deeper dive and look into crime numbers, arrest attempts/made, etc. Admittedly, I am not willing to go that far. LOL

Thanks for taking the time to understand my point. I agree that it is a deeper subject than I have taken the time for/have the time for now. I’ll have to double check that 60/40 ratio though. My last check showed 72/28. Perhaps that was outdated.

I'll respond to that with a language you understand...one of your favorite quotes in fact.....

    ":blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah::blahblah:"

That was based upon the early testimony of the other prisoner who was in the van with Freddie Gray.

    https://www.baltimoresun.com/news/crime/bs-md-freddie-gray-porter-filing-20151117-story.html

He initially gave a statement in which he said he heard Freddie Gray "banging around", and he also said that Freddie Gray wasn't injured as a result of a "rough ride".

He later clammed up, and refused to testify to anything though.

    Snitches get stitches, yo.

Maybe it has something to do with you claiming non-violent crime directly affects homicide rates.

    The rightie version:

The victim had a tantrum, threw himself on the ground ( where experts say is the best place for a suspect) and then placed the cops knee on his neck and pushed up , choking himself to death....it was suicide !!!!

You and I wouldn't be in that position since we are white...

Non-violent crime is relevant to crime rates in an area. High crime rates directly contribute to homicides. I’m sorry this is so confusing for you.

Wow what a leap you took to get there. No, people are making this out to be a race thing and that black people are killed by the police, so that they can excuse the riots. More white people are killed in police custody than blacks, and we don't go out and steal. What can possibly be gained by s***ing where you eat? The cops have been fired, the cops are being investigated (thanks to Trump). Justice will happen, but this burn it all down because we feel it is not fair has to stop. I was simply pointing out that more white people die at the hands of cops than black, no more no less and we don't loss control and riot.

The violent crime in Baltimore is mainly in the affluent sections?

I know. One watched the media outlets TRY to make it all about the few White officers involved, but unfortunately for the political Left of the day those officers were all on the periphery of the events.

The media quickly lost interest when the trials began and it was realized that the three white cops had barely been involved, and it was the three black cops that were facing the serious charges.

It was like the air being let out of a balloon, and the narrative shifted from RACISM! to institutionalized racism.

That would be a good question to put to the leftist media. They don't seem to care about police brutality when the police involved are black.
