Twitter does not pubish anything, their subcribers publish their opinions.

Now, is there any chance that you could cite one or two that are actually there? If any of these actually existed at one time they don't exist now meaning they are either fake (Kenqueca doesn't appear to have ever existed on twitter) or were in fact blocked by twitter which ruins your argument of unfair treatment.

Twitter asserts that they can’t be held liable for libel that their users post because they are nothing more than a platform for those users to express their opinions. The problem is when they start editing, censoring and adding their own opinions to their users posts based upon TWITTERS opinion of what “truth” is.

When they do that, they cease to be simply a platform and they have become an editorial or publisher because they’re adjusting their users posts to reflect twitters opinion as well. Which they have every right to do if that’s how they want to run their business. However when they do so, they become a media outlet, or publisher, and as such they lose protection from being liable for libel lawsuits as an accessory.

Twitter does not edit, nor do they publish posts of their own. Don't use it, this site deletes posts too.

No Twitter should NOT be shut down, however their status as a platform should be converted to that of publisher.

Yes they do. They hide messages they disagree with and then post warnings you have to read with TWITTERS opinion before youre able to access the users opinion.

This site does nothing of the sort.

This site most certainly deletes posts. Twitter is a service, you are bound to their rules, period.

This site only deletes posts for violence, abusive content and hate speech. They do not delete posts based upon their subjective interpretation of “truth” which is what Twitter does.

And you’re right we are bound by their rules. They can edit every single conservatives post if they want and set their TOS however they’d like.

However Twitter is also bound by the US rules. And the US rules are that if you’re a social media platform and you’re editing users posts while injecting your own opinion into it, you cease to be a platform and begin to be a publisher. In which case Twitter will lose all protection from liability for libel.

We have to play by their rules but they also have to play by the government’s rules.

Don't use Twitter if you don't like it. Trump also retweeted about dead democrats, that is hate speech !!!!!

Yet this and other forums like this all have TOS. And users agree to them. And all sites enforce the rules.

I understand that the easiest way to learn a language is to first learn the curse words. You must have a lot of phrases to describe trump.
