The George Floyd Murder Protests: Lets be clear about what is really going on.

Anyone who thinks this is cut and dried and everyone involved has the same mindset is completely wrong.

There are protestors protesting the treatment of blacks by cops

There are agitators trying to stir up violence and chaos

There are race baiters trying to accelerate a race war

There are journalists and medics and other "support staff"

There are cops responding to this in a range of ways, from sympathetic listening to unbridled violent rage against people ranging from peaceful protestors to violent rioters


There is no single attribute that can be applied to any of them.

I don't know how this is gonna play out, but nobody is gonna look like a winner.

The MSM is fomenting hate, by portraying black people only as victims. Overwhelmingly taking anecdotes that go in the direction of black people being victimize when in reality they victimize white people more often. If you continuously, for decades, paint them as victims of white racism, create the image that they would be further along in society were it not for racism, they become rightfully angry. The reality is though, racism isn't whats keep black people where they are in society.

Now look where we are.

Race baiting gets hits. The media wants to get hits. Sad reality is that there are various incentives to spark hatred in our country, and lots of people are so angry they can't help but play into it.

Separately, as you mentioned, the actual event that happened with Floyd is ridiculous. In my view, the politicized hatred is a turnoff and distracts away from how terrible the actual situation is.

 

I believe blacks are treated worse by police, in general, than other races. Why is that?

The Democrats' political message for decades has been "You're oppressed victims of a racist system. We're on your side." The "victim" seed is planted.

Generations of black are taught from grandparents, to children to their children, "This system is going to victimize us because we're black." Well, that's what Democrats told them. "Be very afraid of the police, because they're likely to kill you (beat you, throw you in jail). Because you're black."

So, then what happens?

Blacks become more likely than other races to panic, run, fight back, or generally resist arrest. Other races which weren't planted with "victim" seeds from the political left are much less likely to fear the police, so they're less likely to panic, run, fight or resist.

Next? Police have a harder time with blacks than other races in the normal course of their daily duties. Most police will behave professionally, but they also wish that a disproportionate number of black wouldn't panic, run, fight back or resist arrest. Some police may, in fact, develop racist attitudes.

Now, we are left with a self-fulfilling prophesy which has come full circle.

Who planted the original "seed" that blacks will always be victimized by the system?

Who has zero incentive to help blacks rise above victimhood rather than repeating a very successful and self-fulfilling political narrative?

 

Yes, I see a problem with police procedures badly needing modernization. That is a problem which has a solution.

Democrat leadership and media don't want to solve the actual problem. It takes away the "racist" narrative. Then they have to come up with a better political message and platform. They haven't changed the platform in half a century because it's working for them on election day.

 

Your pretense fools no one and helps no one.

Two New York Attorneys Arrested For Throwing Molotov Cocktail At Police.

At least one is Ivy League and from a prestigious firm.



He drove, she threw, and they tried to pass fire bombs to other looters.

Colinford Mattis, 32, is a furloughed Pryor Cashman associate. Mattis is a graduate of New York University and Princeton University. He was reportedly arrested with a second attorney in the attack. Mattis is accused of driving a van and passenger Urooj Rahman, 31, threw a Molotov cocktail. Rahman is a human rights lawyer. The FBI says that the two defendants sought to pass out Molotov cocktails.

We can't call these folks off, they aren't part of the Right. Perhaps you folks can, they might listen to you. Add your voice to the sensible voices of the Left with heart, willing to see and speak the truth about this, like Dennis Rodman.

These two attorneys just threw away promising lives. Show your fellow Lefties some compassion and be the voice of sanity urging them to stop their madness. Use your opportunity to do something worthwhile rather than pretend that the Right did this.

One problem is that there has always been wings of the Left that want revolution and have seen race war as way of promoting it, and from Charles Mason on, have sought to prime the pump of violent revolution through acts of violence.

Can you clearly and unequivocally state that you are completely against the violence and mayhem now occurring and call for it to cease immediately and for those involved to be brought to justice to the fullest extent of the law? ​

This is about destroying the country to get Democrats in power. Often they’re referred to as protestors, which is insane.

When people with guns peacefully protested to open up the country they were accused of spreading hate, violence and of course COVID. I haven’t seen any MSM anchors criticizing the protestors or the looters the same way. It’s like Covid doesn’t exist. The violence has sometimes been justified. City leaders are allowing it to happen because they don’t want to be accused of racism. Although now everyone is involved so it’s about not squashing the protestors right to loot and destroy.

What I’m seeing happens in 3rd world countries. But that’s what you let too much of the 3rd world in. Then others see it as a chance to “get theirs.”

if the MSM was as critical of the rioters the same way they’re as critical of Trump supporters, maybe it wouldn’t have gotten this bad. Why aren’t people on Twitter being cancelled for spreading hate and violence? Why aren’t leaders who won’t condemn those causing violence, shamed and cancelled. Why are white people kneeling in front of black people begging for forgiveness, NOT being criticized for lunacy? Why isn’t the MSM concentrating on the cops shot and killed or innocent people hurt. Instead they go ballistic over Trump taking a photo. YES, Trump doing what every president has done since film was invented is more important than minorities attacking innocent white people. If Trump offers to help cities, he’s a fascist. If he lets the states deal with their cities burning, he’s not doing enough? **** the MSM for sowing discord and anarchy. But that’s what they want. They want the country to burn just to get rid of Trump. It’s depraved!!!
