A nationalis is usually meant to refer to the idea of explicitly ignoring what is good for the world as a whole, or have any concept of world wide cooperation.

I suspect white nationalism is base in the idea that America is a white nation and thus actions taken to ensure that it remains a white nation are legitimate simply because of that.

So, a white nationalist might weigh policy on the basis of whether it is esepcially good for whites without holding ANY consideration for America as a whole.

So, non-white slaves would be an acceptable white nationalist policy direction.

We see that in meat packing today, as state officials have been recorded making public statemnts that making "those people" work in environments dangerous to their health and that of their family is so acceptable that it goes without mentioning. After all, white people "need" their fabulous overabundance of meat to continue. After all, if "those people" get sick, get their families sick, lose thir health insurance, etc., why should we care?

Thanks for resurrecting this old thread. It has to be shown over and over again that Trump fans have been wrong on pretty much every issue right from the beginning. They praised Mattis, before he became a disgruntled never-Trumper. In which world does this make any sense?

This episode, as many others, show the foundation of the Trump cult: Loyalty and emotional attachment to the leader comes before truth, loyalty to the country, integrity, etc... The emperor has no clothes. Anyone who points this out needs to be destroyed. Welcome to the brave new world.

The level of loyalty to Trump is for you the only criterion to judge someone's competence.

Mattis is part of the latest growing protest group, generals and admirals.

You'd think something would bring the obvious to the oblivious...

He wasn’t fired. He resigned in protest at the incompetence of POTUS.

Yours is the approach of many trump supporters, led by Dirty Donny himself: if the truth sucks, make up a story that you like and claim it’s the truth.

Yeah. General Kelly responded to the “firing” assertion earlier though respectfully attributed it to “misremembering” or “confusion”.

Given the misremembering and confusion happens so often it must be evidence of dementia.

Trumps not lying but rather merely losing his mind:)

I wonder if his lies aren't simply tests of his people.

Are they willing to support him even in his most bald faced lies?

Thats a great test of allegience - which really seems to be the only characteristic Trump values.
