I am not offering any money! I am offering you to go to Africa and then find out how quick you decide to come back to the "racist" US.

 

I would want ALL African-Americans to receive the reparations, not just myself. And the others would not be required to return to Africa if they didn't want to.

Which country would you move to? I think that most American blacks have ties to multiple area in Africa as well as to Europe. Maybe you would be more at home in Ireland or in England than in some place in Africa.

I'll bet that a lot of whites who post on this forum have black ancestors. In the old days people couldn't tell a white person from a black person.

and to put that in context the lowest State in America is 3.81

in other words the worst place in America is four and half times better then the best place in Africa

and lastly Algeria isnt really a black populated country the vast majority are Mediterranean and Middle Eastern
