Trump calls on black NASCAR driver to apologize over noose protest

Reactionary is a term that's usually used for right wing conservatives, so that's an interesting choice of words.

 

And as I called it, hate hoaxes pay off...



A mediocre driver that nobody had heard of two months ago has climbed on to a cross of his own making and now will be paid millions for his horrible victimization. This of course will be the first of multiple endorsement deals. We are totally not living a clown world.

 

Why would someone spend so much time creating a slip knot which is what a noose is designed to do? I just made a knot in my rope which took me about 3 seconds.

 

If it was a hoax, it worked. Everyone now knows who Bubba Wallace is. I've never heard of him before this. It sounds like a Kapernick type plot to me. I bet its not too long before this guy is doing stuff for NIKE.

That one doesn't look at all like a noose, except for having a loop. The knot doesn't even look remotely the same. Look, I'm not saying that it wasn't a garage pull. What I'm saying is that anyone seeing that for the first time would probably draw the same conclusion: it sure as hell looks like a noose. So why should he apologize?

If the picture online is what it was, it was a noose, flat out no question whatsoever. Once again, Trump embarrasses us.

A Monkey's fist would make a better pull rope; I have one hanging on my door by a loop, the knot goes into the handle of my storm door, so I can open my door to get some air and it won't fly open crazy with the wind during hurricanes.

While you're all on the Hate Trump fest, because he's Trump let me give some real life advice: Don't gamble. Gambling isn't just putting your chips down and letting them fall where they may. Gambling is also about seeing the situation in real time and making assessments. In other words., you can't fool yourself and succeed in Vegas.

And no one called or had any hysteria. Wanna know why? Because it's not a noose! Here's the key distinction between a noose, and any other knot. See that hole? It's supposed to be large enough to wrap a human's head around.

When the knot can barely fit your thumb or a finger, it's not a noose. Nooses are distinct, not for the knot but for the hole, that's how you can tell the difference.

I can’t speak for anyone else but I don’t subscribe to the theory you presented.

But that doesn’t mean there was a “hoax”. The people who reported it had a genuine concern that Wallace was targeted. Looks like he wasn’t. Genuine concern. No hoax.

It’s kind of like someone coming back from vacation to find a broken kitchen window and a mess n the kitchen. So they call the police because they think there’s been a break in. Police investigate and conclude it was a stray baseball that accidentally broke the window and a family of squirrels that made the mess. Was the call to the police a hoax? No.

See the quotation marks. It's meant to be sarcastic. It's not a noose, it never was a noose it can't be a noose because it doesn't function like one.

Just like with that other case with the 18 year old that disappeared off the face of the earth. We're being notoriously lied to, only to wait for the next "social outrage" for "all of the facts" to reach the same damn conclusion.
