Define self-defense? If a person is trying to escape a lawful arrest, steals a weapon from the officer, and attempted to use, then it is the officer that is acting in self-defense. Not the other way around. Almost every tragic police shooting is the result of the suspect attempting to avoid lawful arrest, or the officers returning fire. The lunatics that want to defund the police are flooding the media with false narratives after these shootings. The fact that you, and your compadres, are hijacking this topic about a black man's unprovoked assault on a store manager. You are proving that without a doubt you are a part of the cancel culture.

I agree that if the facts prove that an officer has used his badge to facilitate the murder, assault or steal from someone, then they should face harsher penalties. But if a suspect kills a police officer in an ambush style attack, or in an attempt to escape arrest, they should face an expedited death penalty.

Now, back to the topic on hand. Do you really believe that Damire Palmer was justified in assaulting the store manager?

Your post completely ignores the facts in this case. The store manager was off to the side, and talking on a cell phone. Damire Palmer, who was in the store with his brother, walked across the store, and struck the manager from behind. Once he had the manager on the floor, he kept pounding and kicking him. He then joined his brother, and left the store. All this was caught on camera.

What you are also missing, is the whole cancel culture Social Justice claims. They claim that these type of attacks are justified because of some idiological abuse, or the fact that their ancesters were brought to America as slaves. This of course is totally ridiculous. No one alive today ever been held in slavery (prison does not count.), and no one alive today has ever owned slaves.

 

I used the term "self-defense", but I did not include a defination of what I believe constitutes self-defense and what does not. I asked you to tell me whether you thought Damire Palmer was acting in self-defense when he attacked the Macy's store manager. As typical, you ignore that question. Further, you still insist to divert the topic away from the topic. So, let me expand the question to Rayshard Brooks. Was Palmer and/or Brooks acting in self-defense?
