Limp dick governor Walz and the two far left 30 something year old mayor's of Minneapolis and St. Paul watched for two full days as looting and burning of a police station, post offices, banks, and hundreds of minority owned business were destroyed while local television stations spent hours asking why is nobody doing anything to stop this madness.
The pressure mounted and governor limp dick called up some National Guard troops. The general in charge brought in twice as many as were asked for. The huge presence of the guard quelled the violence in a few short hours.
I live here and I watched it all unfold from 10 miles away.
Oddly, the people I have talked to support Trump's position as they want Walz out of office tomorrow. The two mayor's have become national laughing stocks that get booed wherever they go.
The Twin Cities are joining Portland and Seattle as another American shithole city.

Listen up. I live here and saw every friggin minute of that three day debacle. I watched Channel 11 for five hours while they pleaded for the mayor or governor to do something while a facility for single mothers was being evacuated next to the third precinct which was being torched at the time all on national television. Don't give me that absolute crap that my comments are foolish and partisan. I could write a book on how 60 years of complete Democrat control have ruined this once fine city. As I type this, the city parks have been allowed to be filled with homeless and the drug dealers are having a heyday knowing the cops can do nothing. Shootings are running at a record pace and gunstores are sold out of guns and ammo. Ethiopians are allowed to shut down major freeways for hours over a killing in Ethiopia for God's sake.

There were INNOCENT people who lost businesses due to no fault of their own.

Their neighborhoods were in ruins and they did NOT cause it.

Maybe the police/authorities can track down those who caused the damage, file charges, and restitution can be ordered? Then civil suits can be filed on behalf of those who lost businesses and whose neighborhoods are in ruins.
