I wonder if Mueller's words "Roger Stone remains a convicted felon, and rightly so" are bait to get Trump to go even further and pardon his accomplice. It is interesting that Trump didn't take that step.

An honest man doesn't tell lies, and he wouldn't have been convicted if he hadn't lied.

    Give it up.

Mueller made a fool of himself in front of Congress.

Mueller knew for two years that the investigation was bogus. What patriot, with so called high integrity, suckles on a cash cow for that long knowing full well that it was all based on a politically motivated fraud?

The president has that power as do governors in regards to state justice.

Been this way a long time..

But with trump this was a political witchhunt with the high up FBI cooperating with the political agenda .

So all convicted for process crimes should be pardoned.
    .

If the FBI can't charge you with conspiracy they entrap. Corsi tells how they do it. Gestapo tactics.

All it takes is poor memory or confusion on dates. Flynn, Corsi and stone knew the feds had transcripts in hand of personal communications of these people. They knew if they lied on purpose they would get charged. So the FBI requires perfect memory or you get charged. Always works.

These political investigations need to be specific. Not a fishing expedition. If no conspiracy is found it should end there. Anyone can be guilty of something if you fish hard enough.

A conspiracy theory about the FBI is not sufficient basis for commuting the sentence of a man convicted by a jury for impeding Congressional and Congressional investigations by lying and intimidating a witness.

This blatant corruption is why not just Trump, but trumpism needs to be thoroughly defeated this year.

An honest man can be entrapped by a corrupt FBI.

Don't be so naive. I don't trust the FBI nor the CIA and sure as hell don't trust our or any govt to be honest.

The FBI was weaponized against a new president. The evidence is clear on that. But that is ignored.

All process convictions should be pardoned in this hoax created by dirty govt officials and dems like schitti Schiff.

So if you manage to lie enough to the cops to successfully obstruct of investigation, but it means you get a get out of jail free card? That’s ridiculous

No conspiracy theory but a conspiracy . VIPS , retired Intel people with honesty and integrity and have seen the corruption before called this a soft coup in early 17 . They presented evidence that the emails were not sent over the net. But downloaded onto a storage device. Binney tried to show the evidence to the investigation and they refused to look at it. Is this the first time evidence is ignored that negates the claims? Lol. Happens all the time.

And happened during this hoax as well. Page was a CIA operative against Russia and the FBI lawyer erased it from a report on Page. But they needed page to be suspect to keep getting FISA warrant to get a window into the campaign and after trump won.

This should be sending people in the FBI to prison. Instead of using process crimes from investigating a contrived conspiracy and castrate trump making it hard to govern.

Responsible people should be really upset that our FBI was weaponized against a new president. But trump haters are not responsible and can't prioritize . And all become so naive about govt and the FBI .

As Binney said and he should know, if Russia was the source for wilkileaks the NSA could present hard proof the packets from the DNC were sent over the net with given transmit rates. Yet early non the Intel evaluation of 17, uh, it turned out to be only 3, analysts didn't have proof from NSA of packet transmission or that Intel report would not have been concluded as "likely". It would have been definite. It was a carefully worded disinfo.

The source if assange was a DNC insider. VIPS has the evidence that Mueller refused to look at. From retired Intel people. Most being dems or at one time were, and left of center. Most of them old with nothing to gain at their age. They smelled a soft coup early on . They know how our Intel pulls off soft coups. And the red flags were prolific to the point of carelessness .

Assange could have proved to congress his source was not Russia. But they didn't want the truth to come out. They needed to protect the corrupt FBI so we would not lose faith in our institutions.

I lost faith long ago due the self evident nature of what has happened to our once republic. A supposed rule of law govt with equality under our laws and blind Lady Justice.

So why didn't that Intel head from NSA get charged or even lose his job when he lied to congress? An Intel head for God's sake!

And the head of the CIA spied on his own oversight committee! WTF? He kept his job and was not charged!

The cadre of bankers that crashed our economy unlike in the past were not sent to prison! Nor were the bankers laundering drug cartel money! Under Obama and his wall st. AG.

Yet the investigation of a dirty hoax sent trump people to prison, not for the conspiracy accused of, but process crimes? Something is incoherent from the big picture view.

And the anti trump people must love a weaponized FBI when used politically against the guy who beat Hillary! The means justifies the end kind of people.

'selective prosecution' ? Roger Stone was accepting stolen/hacked DNC emails from Julian Assange who was receiving them directly from Russian agents, known by Stone as Guccifer 2.0.

Well, I don't. Because of the soft coup the bastards at the top were trying to run. Using an opposition report that could not be taken seriously. It could not be verified. No one rational would trust Obama's FBI! Not after the truth came out about they were after trump for political reasons..

It was known in 17 and 18 that stone wanted an open line to assange but could not get it. He bugged randy credico thinking randy could and would set it up. Credico refused. I heard the podcast where randy told this about stone. Stone wanted to be an asset to trump for his own advantage . So he would lie about his contact with assange. For assange had put out the notice something was coming about the dems. Stone got that info from twitter that wilkileaks used for announcements.

By acting like he had an inside line and info from wilkileaks made him in the game and important. He set himself up to be dragged in to the hoax and investigation that was politically driven. Stone is an opportunist scumbag. And thrives on dirty politics like Schiff another no character scumbag.

But there was no trump Putin conspiracy. And Intel and the FBI knew that in 16. Only by corruption could they proceed and that is something Obama's FBI had in spades.

None of these treasonous bastards will be charged .

What is so much worse is what Dr. Corsi revealed about his interrogation by the FBI. One would assume they used these Gestapo tactics on all of them to get process crimes.

The FBI is more suspect than the people they entrapped or tried to entrap. They are the greatest criminals.

They entrap then use that to threaten . For what they wanted was just one person to say trump and Putin were in a conspiracy. If they don't get that they charge you of lying ...prison time.

I have no doubt the FBI was weaponized against a president in a soft coup. Even when they knew it was a hoax. But in hope their fishing expedition might find something else to use against trump. All they could do was entrap and charge with process crimes.

I disagree with the AG. Did the facts of the case equate to what the DOJ said? Yes. But similarly to Flynn, if there never was a special council investigation, or even more to the point a congressional investigation then the opportunity to commit the crime wouldn't have existed.

What I won't defend is Stone's intimidations and threats, but the greater evil to me will always be the Mueller Investigation. We were told there were Ruskies, we still don't see any Ruskies.

The emails were made into public domain by the wikileaks release, it wasn't privately given to Stone or anybody else. Hell, wikileaks doesn't even factor prominently into the actual charges of Roger Stone. In reality, it was Stone's intimidation and threats as well as lying to Congress(about the contacts.)

And this case, was the best and only case Mueller had in trying to convince us of Ruskies!

And yet, the DOJ had to drop the Concord case because it didn't want its evidence to go public, citing 'national security' which I find hilarious. In essence, the DOJ has yet to materially prove that Russia actually hacked the DNC(an indictment is basically a court statement. And it's not a statement of fact either per se.) I didn't challenge it because it technically can't be challenged(I don't have evidence for or against) but any evidence they do have is guarded by 'national security'.

You'd think that such a prominent case would be airtight and beyond a reasonable doubt, but in 4 years the DOJ has failed to make the case.

You refer to things I am not familiar with, so I will stick to a simple basic fact. There was a hack and Clinton emails ended up in the hands of that piece of crap, Assange. Who had an interest in doing that, and how did they do it? It certainly could not have been a supporter of Clinton. Fairies?

There's rumors that rather than a hack, there was a mini portable drive(a USB drive if you will) that contained the information and was likely uploaded. I can't confirm those rumors, but it's every bit as plausible as the DOJ argument that they can't or won't backup in court.

Stone received no emails from assange the so called hacks. And there is no evidence to support that.

If those hacked emails were sent over the net the NSA would have that but they don't have the record of the packets being transmitted . The only record shows a down load that was too fast to be sent via net. Its speed matched downloading on site to a thumb drive.

There is no evidence stone was in contact with assange. None. He wanted to be but wasn't.

Assange offered to prove his source wasn't Russian but a whistle blower. But that would have shown the fix was in and the FBI was corrupt at the top.

They would not talk to Craig Roberts either who broke the story in 16 that he knew the source and it was not Russian. He was then blacked out by the media. His revelation vanished. No journalist even interviewed him after that! Blacked out .

More than likely he met the DNC insider who gave him the emails on a thumb drive and he took them to the UK and gave them to wilkileaks. But that trail was ignored. He was never questioned by journalists nor the FBI. An ex govt official known for his integrity and honesty. Who busted our CIA out for using torture in Uzbekistan where Roberts was UK ambassador ..

This isn't tin foil hat. If only an honest investigation had been done. The evidence for an inside job is there. And that Russia wasn't the source. The DNC was hacked by someone using an outdated hacking software. Instead if their up to date hacking tools. But no evidence packets were sent from that hack. The NSA would have provided that evidence but couldn't. That out of date Russian hack tool is available on the dark web.

You won't find any evidence stone was in contact with assange and got those DNC emails from him. The evidence VIPs has on the download to something like a thumb drive was ignored. The person who knew assange was Roberts. And probably delivered that thumb drive to wilkileaks.

Sure Russia as always meddled in the election as we do the same to them. Via social media. They spent a paltry sum to do that. They also want to divide America. As if we need their help! Lol

But they didn't give assange the emails. Roberts and assange both say so. And are not known to lie as govt and Intel do professionally.

This govt has been corrupted long before trump. He walked into a system so corrupt it included the top of the FBI. He was subjected to a dirty political coup . But survived it given it didn't happen.

Are you so naive as to think trump corrupted what had been corrupt for years . lol.

The soft coup out weighs anything trump has done. The FBI becoming political is anti American and makes people lose faith in them. The people who are not brain dead from hatred.
