We are not suffering from a collapse from within..... just growing pains. Happens now and then. The American experiment in Government led us on an unexpected and sometimes dangerous path. But Americans usually sort it out. But violent insurrection should be put down. The people have a right to their personal pursuit of happiness. Average citizens should not be harmed in any way by protesting citizens. A minor inconvenience to citizens may be tolerated but no physical or emotional harm should be tolerated. Maybe it's time we established rules for protesting. Or at least limits.
