Moriah, I don't really know you that well - and in fact the only other time we've talked was way back in 2014 - but CL's point is that you assumed it was a lynching and have yet to acknowledge that it was a suicide. He could have phrased it differently but your responses are coming off as a refusal to admit your belief on what happened was incorrect. I dunno if you saw or posted in the huge Smollett thread but there were a number of posters there who admitted they were wrong when it came to what happened so it's not like it never happens here.
Privilege, Stuart. You gotta coddle them and tell them everything is going to be alright. And don't forget the participation trophy. It doesn't work w/o that.
For someone who said she has no problem admitting she was wrong, you sure do seem resistant to admitting that yes - you were wrong. I'll admit, I was curious to see if you would actually do what you said since my question was asked neutrally but above and beyond that - *shrugs* It's like I tell my kids: There's only three things I care about - God, my family, and my paycheck. Whether you actually live up to your own claims or not - and you didn't - isn't on that list, but it is somewhere between sad to mildly amusing to see that you did not. As far as what difference it makes, all I can say is that I take (among others) @Egoboy seriously because when he's wrong, he owns it. Same with @MrTLegal and I disagree with them on practically everything, but at least they debate in good faith. Words tend to matter on a public debate forum. If yours don't matter to you, then they won't matter to anyone else.
We aren't the ones trying to smear America with a guy's tragic suicide. Unlike Epstein, this guy did hang himself.
I'll help. You were wrong Very wrong Seriously wrong Refusing to admit that is also wrong Very wrong Seriously wrong. So wrong.
It's not so much that she was wrong because none of us here walked on water before posting. It's saying that oh yeah, I'll admit I'm wrong - and then going back on your word and getting defensive about it. But like I tried to tell her, now the forum knows what her word is worth. That's good enough for us should we run into her on PF again. I'd have preferred otherwise, but what can ya do?
That's really not the question you should ask, the important question is one you should be asking yourself.
Obviously tiny people don't want Whites lynched for someone else's mental illness by Only Black Lives Matter RACISTS like these knee-jerk "Justice" warriors: "But Fuller’s loved ones believe he was lynched, and the community has been holding protests calling for justice. A number of politicians, including California Senator Kamala Harris, have joined the call for an investigation." https://www.democracynow.org/2020/6...anging_from_trees_in_california_10_days_apart So what did you use to measure his penis? Did you lynch the penis first?
