The Congressional members who did, voted that way based upon lies told by the Bush administration and they obviously were culpable to a degree for falling for the lies. Oh I totally agree that Trump and his crime family will never be held accountable but Pelosi, in her own words, absolutely took impeachment "off the table" for a war criminal and his accomplices and that set a terrible precedent. Not surprising because Pelosi is horribly corrupt and anything she does that appears to counter right wing policy is just political theater.

 

Pelosi is an idiot. She can't amend the Constitution without the concurrence of 38 state legislatures.

That means 13 states can block it.
Wyoming, Oklahoma, Utah, Idaho, West Virginia, North Dakota, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama, Nebraska, South Dakota, Tennessee, Kansas.
