Is every disparity in income and demographic presence in a particular job the result of racism or other ism?

Or are there overriding considerations in why this is the case?

For example is the clear preponderance in the NBA by African Americans evidence of racism or is it superior ability?

Should this be challenged by white and Asian players who would like the same opportunity?

If not then what is the line we wish to draw as legal challenges to preponderance?

There is a correlation between brain size and intelligence, however, it is actually the cerebral cortex that matters. Instead of comparing actual brain sizes, one would need to compare cerebral cortex sizes.

The variations within one group are still larger than the average differences between the groups themselves and in saying the differences have significance or meaning you're comparing the average of differences with individual differences and you can't, that's apples to oranges.

Black geniuses may be rarer than white geniuses, but they are still geniuses. Genius is always rare anyway and it is on the genius that we make progress, we definitely shouldn't waste them because they are not of the "right" race.
