God I am glad I moved out of the suburbs twenty years ago they are infested with *******s..

 

I don't have a problem with the middle class. I'm just pointing out that people are dropping out of the middle class because they can't earn enough money to support themselves in a middle-class lifestyle.

 

College educated voters support Biden. I think they know who hates them.

 

Did I say it was legal...I said it would be racist IF someone wanted to use zoning to keep a neighborhood white. Do you agree or disagree with that point?

Kids can join a gang, but still not choose to be a gang banger, one is for survival, the other enters the hardened criminal life. It probably differs for the gang or the neighborhood.

~ There are building code and zoning laws/restrictions for a reason. Would you like a mortuary built next to your home ? Should someone have "freedom" to build a auto repair shop in a quiet residential neighborhood ?

 

I have. High density housing is being built all over my exurb and traffic is increasing.

Of course not, but mixing single family homes with multi-unit complexes is not radical nor new. How these buildings are integrated is of course critical. Some appear to claim Cabrini Green style projects arising two blocks from Rodeo Drive. In reality, these are to provide opportunity to people who want to escape the inner city madness. They're not renting to gangbangers, and I doubt any gangbangers want to relocate to the white suburbs anyway.

 

So what if it is racist? White people want to live with other White people. Why do you think there are suburbs in the first place?

~ What about the black neighborhoods , the Asian and Hispanic neighborhoods , etc. ? America is probably the only country that does not have a "race" of people. We do have a culture - but not a race. Many of us just blend together - eventually .

An over-reaching distant central government trying to control the suburbs, which are doing just fine. If you want to do something useful, work on rebuilding the failing Democrat run inner cities where the inherent human rights are systematically violated.

The formerly middle class will have somewhere to go in the same area as the old homestead.

1. They don't want crime introduced into their neighborhood
2. They don't want residents in the neighborhood that are not contributing
3. They DESPISE inner city culture, they hate it as much as they do progressive politics
4. They do not want to use their own tax dollars to import non-taxpayers, non-workers, non-contributors who will vote Democrat
5. They don't want their communities looted and burned like the Democrat areas
6. They want to live in a community that shares their values and their culture, (high trust community)
7. They want local politicians that will stand up and fight for them instead of siding with anarchists and professional victims

OUTSIDERS do not get choose what kind of housing is built within a community. RESIDENTS get to choose what kind of housing can be built in their community. That is an ESSENTIAL freedom that progressives are forever chipping at. This is the battle that conservatives can not afford to lose.

 

One does not enforce freedom of choice by taking away someone elses freedom of choice.
