Not sure where you were going with that but when I said average I was talking about the proportion of minorities that are getting prosecuted and sent to prison. That part is not always the prosecutors fault it's the ones bringing the cases to him or her.

Harris was not my top choice of his picks that would have been rice. Harris is a very strong choice but she does have some small flaws like the one you hit on. While the cases brought to her is not of her making that goes to police and investigators who bring her the cases she could have said something.

I also dont particularly like how hard she hit on marijuana offenders. However since she has stopped being a prosecutor she has been a vocal supporter of legalization.

Being forced to pick a woman of color, Susan Rice seemed like a no brainer. Joe is very familiar with her and her resume’ could have rounded the ticket nicely for the D party.

Chances are very good Rice is under investigation/indictment. If not, there Must be some serious reason she was passed over for someone that did so poorly in her own presidential run.

I am not talking about how or why I will vote. My decision is not racist though I was opposed to Biden picking a Black woman. I am talking about another demographic that I am not part of. The White men of an age of 40 plus most of whom for one reason or another did not bother or could not go to college who fear e.g. Imagine that Blacks and immigrants are taking over their jobs and pushing them out of their neighborhoods. That demographic is who stopped Hillary. They will try to sink Biden because of Kamalka. White voters will push back on Biden due to the Kamalka factor.
I would have preferred that Kasich as real Republican was heading up the Republican ticket. But hell we have to play the cards that are dealt us. The are we got death was the JOKER at the top oh thecRepublican ticket.

No, go back and check the demographics and you will see that White non college educated men and even college educated men were the weakest supporters of Obama.
