Ask the fiancé of the guy in Phoenix who complied with the police and the police shot him and killed him. Probably didn't impact you cause the guy who was shot was a white guy. In that case, there was literally no justification for the cop shooting the guy in the back. Unless the cops here knew there was a weapon in the front seat of the minivan, I doubt there is justification here. However, where is your commentary when police are killed by the thugs they were sent to restore order from, where is your commentary when folks hunt cops?

 

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT ANYONE SHOOTING SOMEONE!! I do not want destruction of property or looting of any kind for any reason, all it does is make life more expensive for everyone. The point you are overlooking is a cop has a loaded gun and if he pulls it you had better obey his commands or you may not go home. Stupid to not obey.

I don't know what video you watched. I did however reprint the Reuters report on the incident.

 

It really bothers me when people distort like that. No one that I know of has said a policeman should shoot anyone who does not obey them. There is a chain of events in most of these shootings.

1. The person disobeys the policeman.

2. The policeman enforces his orders.

3. Further refusal ends in confrontation.

4. Confrontation elevates to a struggle which tends to put the policeman and others in danger.

5. The policeman shoots..

You are jumping from stage 1 to stage 5 and ignoring stages 2, 3, and 4.

 

Well the liberals and the MSM have an agenda. They are anti-gun and anti-cop. If a crazed man who just cut his wife's throat was coming at them with a baseball bat in one hand and a knife in the other hand resulting in the cops shooting him dead the headlines would be, "Man without a gun shot by cops". A guy refusing my orders as a police officer, make a run to his car with kids in it. How do I suppose to know if he a gun or knife or whatever from there? For sure, he isn't getting a Bible.
