You don't have to be a judge to know the law. Kyle was attempting to remove himself from the conflict in ALL THREE cases where he had to use force.

There's tons of case law about pursuers being required to allowing people to flee. Evidence clearly shows he was pursued by people intending to do him harm. Self defense is OBVIOUS.

The 17 year old kid wasn't even shot at with a paintball gun, yet for the rightists, he was defending himself when he killed an unarmed person…. after arming himself and travelling from another state for the sole purpose of confronting protesters whom he disagreed with over political ideas.
