    We are talking about the law. You need to be 18 to vote. You need to be 35 years old to be President. Are those slippery slopes?

    Apparently in California, if you're 18, you can have sex with an 8 year old and not be a sex offender.

    As a staff member, what do you look for to enforce rules against trolling on this board? If a poster consistently says things that are untrue even though the truth has been pointed out numerous times, is that trolling?

    Like if we pointed out that sex with a child under the age of 14 is always a crime and sex registry in California, yet they keep posting otherwise, that has to be trolling, right?

    The bill allows a 10 year spread before requiring to be registered as a sex offender. What did you think this thread was about.
