This is a resounding yes. Democrats have some BIG problems this year. Turning a blind eye to the violence, constant and ridiculous blame games, lack of anything of substance to run on, really weak candidates who can't run on accomplishments, no coherent plans to fix real economic problems, lack of enthusiasm, and I think above all the abandonment of the working class American voter who traditionally has been their bread and butter in favor of socialists, illegal aliens and the dependent class non-working poor. I honestly think the democrat party might implode.
Not so sure we can say a blind eye has been turned.. but, do think that some will see it that way and so will effect the election. What I find bizarre is that Blue is not the Neocon party but more stunning - the "Anti Environment" party. I don't know why Red is not pointing this out more vigorously.
Sad but True - When old Carrot Top is the best of the horses running - is a sad state of affairs. I don't put much stock in this ... Red has been just as adept at vote manipulation as Blue.
Well the polls always tighten as the election gets closer, in almost every case except the Nixon one I believe. But yes, outside of that the democrats are having quite a bad time of it. This social violence is squarely on their side and it's really hurting them as well as trying to attack Trump for the virus....it's not sitting well with people. Overall the response was fairly good for something of this magnitude and people realize that but when you have democrats shouting that Trump is killing millions of people then people just sort of lift an eyebrow at that and shake their head. It's not winning them any voters that's for sure. Even if Trump did mishandle some things that is to be expected from any administration in any disaster......it's an unknown thing with many variables and not everything works out the best way possible. And beneath those big things are lots of other victories for Trump that are not getting really any attention but the big problem for democrats is that there is nothing negative there that they can point to and say, "see". They can yell and shout that Trump caused the social unrest but he didn't, they can yell and shout that Trump has killed millions of people with his response to the virus but he didn't....and that's really all they have. They can yell about his Tweets and how much they hate him but those really have no impact on anything. And now if they put Biden up in the debates and he does as poorly as he's been doing with prepared stuff......they are going to be in serious trouble. Biden will have to be absolutely flawless in the debates as well as throw out some zingers towards Trump like Obama did with McCain.
