Crooked Donald isn't going to happy about this. If I were advising him I'd tell him not to sweat it. What could possibly be revealed that Trumpleton's would care about after all they've forgiven him for? Tax fraud........just add it to the list of crimes they've ignored.

 

So let me get this straight....he agreed to testify but wanted to do it after he finished campaigning for his father....the judge said no, you gonna have to do it sooner.....and this is some sort of massive win for you? Do you think he's gonna change his testimony?

 

Who indicated it was a massive win? The fact is Eric has been stonewalling for months, refusing to comply with the AG's requests for documents and testimony.............as is the Trump way.

One might conclude this was an effort to prevent the testimony from being given before the election because of potentially damaging info coming out. That is, if any negative info actually mattered to Trumpleton's..........which it clearly does not.

Why do you consider forcing the production of testimony and documents by way of a subpoena as some sort of badge of honor? Why not just cooperate with a legally warranted investigation?

I am not just gonna let a cop come to my house and look around.....i have a right to privacy, and so does a business...if they had a warrant that would be diffferent too...but they have no warrant.

That is my point, as I said in the OP. Given what has already transpired (stealing from a charity, cheating on his wife with a porn star, paying illegal hush money right before the election, defrauding students of his school, botching the COVID response, epic corruption and incompetence, extorting a foreign leader for campaign help) nothing will dissuade Trumpleton's from supporting him. Surely not illegal activity at the Trump Org.
