Lucky you! I get treated a little differently for some reason. Perhaps I need to work on my pithy . . . ;)

Lee, you can bluff all you like but the S.S. Titanic Biden has sailed.

The tax thing is illusory and we all know it. Enough high-ranking liberals within the IRS would ensure the most brutal exams of Trump's returns, especially once he'd announced.

Obama claimed he'd read the Constitution. Speaking of frauds and Obamacare.

We know. In America only little people pay taxes.
Leona Mindy Roberts Helmsley (July 4, 1920 – August 20, 2007) was an American businesswoman. ... During the trial, a former housekeeper testified that she had heard Helmsley say: "We don't pay taxes; only the little people pay taxes" .

Little people should shut up and wait for trickle down. It will come very soon, trust me!

You can be a successful businessman and not make any money for a prolonged period. It just depends on the business and the circumstances.

I can see that you are struggling with the reality of having been duped. Sad.

I feel somewhat sorry for those that are too ignorant to understand builders and contractors seldom if ever show any real earned income. That is a rare event. If that bothers them they need to get elected and change the US tax code.
I would like some here to explain when Rachel Mancow announced her his bombshell of the year while screeching she had Trump's 2005 tax returns in hand and made her his audience wait only to come to the disappointing result that particular year Trump made $150 million and paid $38 million in taxes.

For those who have their panties in a bunch over this story, bless their hearts but they need to wake up to reality.
Oh, I forgot, it is another hate Trump day.

An iceberg named debates lies dead ahead. Let's forget about course correction. Man those deck chairs, it's all hands on deck for...you know...the thing.

The instant that any leftist here can post believable proof that Trump EVER received favorable treatment by the IRS, this would be on every left-wing site out there. It did not, is not, and will not happen.

Exactly what does your hope for the debate have to do with Trump's taxes?

"When he ran, he said he might make his taxes public if Hillary Clinton did the same with the deleted emails from her private server — an echo of his taunt, while stoking the birther fiction, that he might release the returns if President Barack Obama released his birth certificate. He once boasted that his tax returns were “very big” and “beautiful.” But making them public? “It’s very complicated.” He often claims that he cannot do so while under audit — an argument refuted by his own I.R.S. commissioner."

So would you say that he made zero income off his book sales, University, TV appearances, stock holdings ...
Trump claimed he made $240 million off his production of The Apprentice.

If "successful business man" means inheriting tons of money and assets from daddy, but since losing a % of that inheritance every year, then, yes, Trump is a successful business man. I'd say, he is a trust fund baby that is playing to be a business man.

One of the revelations of the NYT piece is that most of his income came from licensing fees paid to him by people who wanted to use his "brand," his name. Little did they know they were associating with a colossal failure in business..........cux they fell for the con too.

If Mnuchin is satisfied? So now if a Trump loyalists protects Trump, that's enough to exonerate him?

By the broadest stretch of any reasoning person the only word to describe Dirty Donalds business career is ABYSMAL. Hopefully we will soon get full disclosure on exactly how ABYSMAL. He ranks right up there with P.T.Barnum in pulling the wool over MILLIONS of RIGHT WINGERS EYES. Either that or they were all born blind.

Trump wants us to believe he is smart not to have paid any taxes. As though he is just using the tax code to his advantage. Indeed he is. What he wants to avoid acknowledging is the tax code could not be used to his advantage had he not experienced massive losses from his failures in business.

"Throughout his career, Mr. Trump’s business losses have often accumulated in sums larger than could be used to reduce taxes on other income in a single year. But the tax code offers a workaround: With some restrictions, business owners can carry forward leftover losses to reduce taxes in future years.

That provision has been the background music to Mr. Trump’s life. As The Times’s previous reporting on his 1995 return showed, the nearly $1 billion in losses from his early-1990s collapse generated a tax deduction that he could use for up to 18 years going forward."

This thread is ridiculous. Most likely he’s simply depreciating assets such as buildings against his income. Something ANYONE in real estate does.

Do you have actual undeniable proof of this from unbiased sources?
    Thought not

Yes a tax payer who only pays $750 per year in Federal taxes, should legitimately be earning $15 an hour and if he or she is in the White House should be cooking cleaning or washing dishes, not running our country into the ground.

IIRC, President Trump has not kept his salary as president since taking office.
