    and we all agree with that, once someone tries to open your door and smashing your windows, all for driving away as fast as you can

    arrest the people smashing your windows for the murder of anyone you run over

    If the mob surrounds your car, you’re not intentionally running anyone over. All those incidents involve people driving up on a “protest” then being assaulted.

    Just do a web search, I have been reading about drivers plowing into protesters about 2-3 times a week now.

    Driving into crowds, I have not seen many reports of mobs around cars, and certainly with the latest news, the ratio of cars driving into crowds is far greater than the former.

    one is the drivers, the other is the rioters doing the evil

    It is getting crazy. They should demand that all protests get a permit and they're only allowed in places that won't hinder or intimidate people. As soon as the protesters start acting stupid then the protest gets shut down. Counter protesters should also get permits but not at the same location as the original protests. The people who get the permits should also put up a bond assuring there will be no damage or destruction.

    If the government can mandate quarantines, they can tell people where they can and can't protest.

    Those drivers, are they being threaten? or are they just driving through large groups of people for fun of it. Makes a very big difference.
