So we know how much they made, how much they paid, and how much they owe to foreign interests??

Amazon paid $162 Million and deferred $914 Million until later years. So all told their taxes were over $1 Billion. Meanwhile Dirty Donald paid $750 ?????

He paid I believe $5,000,000+ in recent years, which was also rolled forward, resulting in this low tax payment.

    Good call....

Plus, Amazon provides an actual service for America... Trump just gets serviced...

It is what ignited the best economy in decades, with record low unemployment including for minorities, and saved me a lot of taxes. Lower taxes for businesses means more money to hire and buy equipment.

Trump provides lip service to those that idolize him. That counts for something, right? LOL

Great... save you your $50 in taxes, while company after company saved millions, which you know as well as I do the majority didn't put back into their businesses...

So don't bitch when companies pay lower taxes than you'd like/expect...

Not as much as me getting a new phone charger or my metal polish via Amazon in 24 hours...

Looks like it's Tampa's game to lose here... Dallas looks dead in the water...

    Actually it's about $14K a year.

Not true, it went to hiring and business equipment and infrastructure, causing the great pre-covid economy. Sending more money to Swamp creatures does nothing for the economy, a job is better than any government program.

No complaints, just pointing out more LW hypocrisy.

Yeah, Tampa was on a mission after they rolled through Columbus. My beloved Knights would have gotten smoked too. LOL

Not sure how you think you are doing that? I've never seen a person on here celebrating Amazon not paying their fair share...

But at least their numbers are public knowledge, without NYT stories...

    You're too funny.

For 25 years progressives have wanted fairer tax rates so that big corporations pay their fair share.

But according to Trumpists like you, wanting to tax the rich more is socialism.

So what exactly is the point of your thread?

To justify the $70,000 Trump put into his haircut?

How I'm doing what, paying $14K less in taxes?

What is their fair share? Amazon provides valuable services, like Trump's companies that houses and employs thousands of people. Biden by contrast has merely been at the public trough for 47 years and has never signed the front of a paycheck.

To show LW hypocrisy when they complain Trump pays little tax when their Big Tech friends take advantage of the same tax laws. Good for them.

Then as my man says, this thread is a complete failure...

Very little chance Amazon breaks the law with their taxes...

    ...or Trump.

I'm sure an unethical prosecutor like Mueller/Wiessmann could come up with some wrongdoing by Amazon.

You invent hypocrisy where there is none.

When Jeff Bezos presents himself as POTUS, I promise to denounce his aggressive tax practices.

If they do, the countries growth will slow to a crawl.

    You want that?
