    You thought wrong.

over 200,000 people died in the last 6 months BECAUSE THEY GOT THE VIRUS

And calculating excess deaths bears that out

My impression is that the virus doesn't kill anybody. It only helps underlying conditions to do the job. Older people are affected more because they have more and more serious underlying conditions. Given the tiny death rate I would say it doesn't do that job very well.

Subsequent events have proved them to be speaking the truth.

Perhaps. Nobody has explained how the virus actually kills someone. The death rates really are tiny. That is the truth. 99% of infected patients recover. The figures I heard were over 70 at 94.7%, 18-70 at 99.9 and under 18 at 99.997.

200,000 people (and counting) have died because they caught the virus.

You may find those people disposable but I don't.

The virus thrives on cool and damp and we are reopening.. The powers be seem to think the death rate can go up at the sake of the economy

Exactly right, and those paying attention have been aware of that from the start. Highly infectious, but barely morbid.

I think you mean infection rate, not death rate.

As long as hospitals are not overwhelmed, which they're not, nothing should be done.

People watch too many superhero movies.

Why do we care if hospitals are overwhelmed?

    Because more people die then

    It’s the DEATH that matters

It affects people whose immune system is weak and particularly people who are low in Vitamin D as well as people with co-morbities - then it goes crazy. It can destroy the lungs, go crazy with the heart and also the brain. The person's body gets so upset it ends up putting out a far too strong immune response which has tended to finish the job. There was HLC but the west would not agree with this being used along with antibiotics and zinc apparently because Trump liked it and given he was suggesting things like drinking bleach and disinfectant they thought there must be something really wrong with it so they pretended to do tests. It acts as an antiviral so has to be given very early and in the appropriate dose. The tests either gave it to people when they were ready for ventilators when it would not work or it gave it to them in such a large dose that that had strong side effects. It worked in China, South Korea, India, and many other places including France where used, and I think after Sars 1 where it was found to be helpful it was found to be safe in research in China - maybe that was the reason the West did not like it but I think more lives could have been saved.

So the UK say they do now have an antiviral drug but did not name it (I bet it is HLC and hope it is not the R one which does little) and they have found that giving a steriod at a specific time noticably reduces the death rate. The have also found that ventilators with most people are not a good idea and oxygen is better so the lockdown did do as intended. It slowed down people getting the virus for a while and allowed Dr's and scientists to work on ways to help. Saddest thing is some people don't like the way they look in masks so insist on not wearing them resulting in more spread and deaths and of course we cannot forget that up to one third of people who have had covid including people who were asymtomatic are going to have serious after effects which may last for life. It is a new virus but we know it a little more now but it could still change and give us new concerns.

The plandemic ended months ago. The PCR tests are notoriously unreliable, and you are heavily invested in them. :alcoholic:
