You have been telling us to wear a mask so we won't catch the Chinese virus. Wear your mask when you go to vote and you won't catch the Chinese virus.

So now you're claiming that masks are 100% effective?

no? No one is saying that?

I should have to risk my life to VOTE?

We only have 2 weeks of early voting at polling stations on every corner. I've always been able to walk into a polling station within 3 miles of my house and vote with no wait. Even then, my son in Korea can absentee vote with no problem.

Yeah, but that's an absentee ballot so why would you need to go to a local box to drop off your ballot? I'd get your complaint if the state did mail in voting and not just absentee ballots.

12,000 - 14,000 mailboxes were removed during Obama's second term of office. USPS is losing money. They are losing business to UPS and FedEx. People send "letters" on email and I-Phones.

Bottom line: Removing mailboxes is part of planned cost cutting with has been going on for almost a decade. It has absolutely nothing to do with the election. Unless you ask CNN.

I don't think we ever had "ballot drop boxes" in Texas, in addition to 1) mailboxes everywhere (including your own mailbox), and 2) ability to personally drop off absentee ballots at every polling location.

One "ballot drop box" per county is one more than normal.

There are just too many ways to vote for this to be an issue.
    Go vote
    Go early vote.
    Mail your ballot.
    Drop off your ballot.
Have someone else drop off your ballot in the one place
Have someone else drop your ballot in the mail.
Hire a homeless person to vote for you like Soros does.

Yeah, kinda like putting them in that little box at the polling place that counts them.

A truck load here, a truck load there, and pretty soon you have a gross.

30,000 boxes have been removed in 10 years.

"2. Removing blue collection boxes is a decades-old protocol.

The Postal Service’s regular review and removal of blue collection boxes began years ago. Postmaster General DeJoy has been in the job since June 2020.

Over the past 10 years, over 30,000 collection boxes have been removed from around the country, averaging 3,500 boxes per year. This year, 1,463 collection boxes have been removed. In the last election year in 2016, nearly the same amount – 1,467 – were removed. No further boxes will be removed between now and the election."

....and what, exactly, does that have to do with absentee ballot drop boxes in Texas? :icon_picknose:

You Democrats are so dramatic  If you're really that scared, vote absentee. Or wear a hazmat suit to your polling place, lol. It's really not the big deal you're making it out to be

Absentee ballots can be mailed. I've voted mostly absentee for the last decade. You can go online and check if your ballot was received. There is no need for ballot drop off boxes ---- in fact I didn't even know there was such a thing. Why would a person drive past a mailbox to go to a ballot drop off box anyhow? Some people don't make any sense. It's like people are going out of their way to find things to be hysterical about

That's the point. Republicans are making that HARDER and more uncertain
Given what has happened with the Postal Service...there obviously IS a need for them

Because with a drop box the ballots go DIRECTLY to the elections office

You're going to give me a headache from making me  so much. Buy a hazmat suit (LOL) and vote in person, or mail in your absentee ballot, and quit letting the Democrats scare you.

It's really not harder to vote this year than any other year. You can mail your ballot out of your own mailbox, at the post office, or take it in person to a poll worker at any polling location.

Nothing has happened with the Postal Service.

Ballots go directly from a ballot drop box to the elections office, if some ballot harvester doesn't break in to the box and swipe them.

If you buy groceries, you can walk in to a polling location and hand them your ballot. Or just vote while you're there.

Can't imagine belonging to a party which literally seeks to cause psychological distress, fear and anger, in the minds of its base. It's not healthy.

Eleven people died with Covid in the entire state of New York yesterday. I think y'all are well-past the spike.
