They want to play games for political gain then I have no doubts the left will respond in kind.

She has already been found to have lied during that confirmation which is grounds for her impeachment should Democrats take both chambers.
She is an extremist partisan judge that has already indicated her religious beliefs will sway the way she rules.

It isn't deception unless he's already made the decision to add seats to the SCOTUS, something I doubt very much. At this time, until we see how the GOP-dominated Senate Judiciary Committee handles the vetting of Barrett, and until we know the election results, it's a completely moot point.

That is a non respectful reply about the McConnell. He has to finish the task of working on her appointment. With Ruth Ginsburg packed in dirt, we must have a replacement and Trump is the present president. If a cop were on the list to retire, one would not expect the cop to freeze doing his job.

Nominating, vetting, and installing another conservative justice during an election, creating a 6 to 3 conservative advantage, is the very definition of "packing the court."

If a Democratic president and a Democratic majority in the Senate were doing this during an election, righties would be screaming bloody murder. It's only okay that the GOP is pulling this stunt because of your personal views.

Packing is creating a giant court. 9 is the normal that Ginsburg herself was so approving of.

Effectually the Senate rejected Garland. The Senate can reject Barrett per the rules right now. All they must have is enough votes. Oops. the dang Reid Rule change made it 51 to elect today rather than the former 67 percent.
