Which public institutions do the Dems want to tear down? Give just one example.

Conservatives, on the other hand, generally hate: Government, election commissions, public schools, universities, the post office, and the list goes on.

The Democrats don't like competition, they have been ballot harvesting for years.

Don't tell me. Go get your leftist riot rats and your blue-city mayors on a leash, and tell them.

Here's a bit more reading to accomplish, from a gentleman who's likely to be fully informed on the laws involved...

    SNIP
This memorandum will serve as a clarification of state law regarding the provision of unauthorized, non-official vote-by-mail ballot drop boxes. In short, providing unauthorized, non-official vote-by-mail ballot drop boxes is prohibited by state law.

Ummm... you kind of were a little tough on that Lefty. Next time start smaller like their desire to tear down.... The Electoral College, the 2nd Amendment, Free Speech on College Campuses, Anti-Racist Agenda in California (They put on the ballot a proposition allowing them to discriminate via race in California)... oh wait... I was a little too tough as well. There's just so many examples of what the Left wants to destroy like the Nuclear Family... there I go again. Damn.

Well, your candidate said he was down with it. He couldn't even say, "Law and Order", during the debate.

Start at the 2:55 mark to hear Joe Biden say it directly.

There's no denying he said it.

Tomorrow's the deadline for the GOP removing these boxes.... if they don't, they need to be arrested and the boxes removed by the state (and the GOP billed for time and effort required)

****ing cheaters.... Vote Republican if you hate America, because you do...

They aren't "counterfeit" they are not made to look like an official government drop off box nor pretend to be ones from what I read. It is ballot harvesting, a third party collecting and submitting the ballots. California law allows that.

What's the difference between this and ballot harvesting?

"However, a vote by mail voter who is unable to return the ballot may designate any person to return the ballot to the elections official from whom it came or to the precinct board at a polling place within the jurisdiction. The ballot must, however, be received by either the elections official from whom it came or the precinct board"

It's hard to disagree with a member with has a great username like Bluesguy but that's where I find myself. A cease and desist went out because it was against the law. There are certain situations that allow for ballot assistance but not putting up counterfeit ballot drop boxes. It is not a certified drop box and therefore it is compromised because the person, organization or political party that placed it there has the key to pull out those ballots. The law is clear on who is authorized to handle ballots once they have been dropped by the voter and voters expect that only those deemed responsible for ballots will have access to collect and deliver those ballots to the ballot counting location.

Don't worry though.....you still have a great username.

I'll give you a break and not report the ad homm this time.

Try again I quoted the CA law to you. A third party can collect the ballots of those who designate them to turn it in. Putting in the box designates the owner of the box as that person. No different than if I knock on your door holding a box and say "HEY want me to take your ballot and turn it in for you?" and you put it in the box.

"However, a vote by mail voter who is unable to return the ballot may designate any person to return the ballot to the elections official from whom it came or to the precinct board at a polling place within the jurisdiction. The ballot must, however, be received by either the elections official from whom it came or the precinct board"

How is this different for vote harvesting? It IS vote harvesting.

How does it violate the vote harvesting law? Third parties can gather filled out ballots and turn them in on behalf of the voter in California. Yes there are certified state collection boxes and marked as such but the California law allows the third party collection as was being done here. There's wasn't marked as a government ballot box. What made it illegal, here is the law. It's a dumb law but it is the law. Yes the law IS clear it allows third party handling of ballots. And now it seems Democrat officials are going Oops we can't have Republicans ballot harvesting it might hurt us.
