My first sentence was literally "[a] grand jury has not yet decided whether to indict "individual-1" (i.e. Trump) yet." Trump could not be indicted because he was a sitting president and apparently the DOJ produced a memo positing that a sitting president is above the law. Wait until he leaves office.

Just so we set record straight. In the information I gave from the department of public records of the DOJ, you’ll notice the chart gives an updated version. It’s no longer 114 to 1. It’s greater then that and climbing. Let’s now call it 117 to 1. Even if you’re not going to accept these numbers, all my friends are smart enough on the left to remember the illegal prosecutions from the Nixon, Reagan Trump and Bush and now Trump era. You have’t prosecuted Hillary or anyone else but Bill for lying about a BJ.

I don’t know what “I won” means other then, “I forgot.” You’ve just embarrassed yourself.

Trumps typical dancing act of the ignorance. Dancing for votes by attacking smarter people.

They impeached him for improper conduct that he knowingly and repeatedly committed. You know that. Everyone knows it, including the Republicans who exonerated him and his supporters. There was always room for disagreement on whether it rose to the level of an impeachable offense, but his guilt in the matter was never in question.

He won't have a Republican Senate to let him off the hook if Biden wins, and it's going to lead to a lengthy spate of investigations and trials. That's something I'd like to avoid. If we get Trump out, it'll be time to move forward, not stay locked in the past while continuously giving him the attention to air his many invented grievances.

    The country must move

He's already been found guilty of pissing off the left. That's all the evidence they need these days.

He caves for one simple reason. He does Not want to be tried in court criminally and go to jail. Regardless, he still makes money. The fines and restitution are still way less than he collected. For rich people, to lie, cheat and steal, is profitable. Trump has it down as well as any other organized crime boss.

If being an incompetent ignoramous with criminal intent pisses off the left, that part is true.

The intelligence agencies say otherwise and the Biden's have not denied it is Hunters computer and the emails are fake. If you have evidence otherwise then post it here.

    You said

What grand jury listed him as an unindicted co-conspirator? And a grand jury named then President Nixon as an unindicted co-conspirator. And with Clinton Wray had an indictment in waiting and Clinton had had the felony charges presented by then IP Starr. Mueller did not charge Trump with a crime, Starr laid them out in DETAIL with the specific statutes.

Let's unpack. First, Mueller was clear he did not charge Trump with a crime because he was not allowed to charge a sitting president. If you read the report, he claims he did not have enough evidence for a charge of conspiracy, but that is because he failed to actually subpoena the documents and question the people who could have provided that evidence. The mistake the Democrats made was allowing a respected Republican to handle the investigation. They should have done what the Republicans did with Clinton: find the most blood-thirsty, opportunistic, opponent hating member of their bar to handle the investigation. If Trump had been questioned by even a mediocre attorney, he would have confessed to killing Kennedy he is so stupid. A proper investigation by a competent team would have gotten Trump's tax returns, his business's financial statements, and would have questioned Trump and all his little running buddies.

And, no grand jury has yet indicted Trump which is why I used the term "un-indicted." Once a grand jury indicts, he will be an indicted co-conspirator. We will get into this more after he loses the election and the prosecutors can get their hands on him (assuming, of course, he doesn't flee the country as he has said he might).

Sure, Biden can pardon Trump for the sake of uniting the country and giving us a break at the national level. Looks like NY state is going full bore, though. So we're probably going to get a Trump trial no matter what Biden does.

Biden would be a fool to do it. The Republicans practice no-holds-bar politics where they intentionally hurt people and the country just because they can. I don't think the Democrats should be that blood-thirsty, but there needs to be a reckoning and Trump must be made to answer for his crimes. Justice demand it.

Trump rode into the presidency promising to "lock up" Clinton and Obama despite the FACT they had committed no crimes and no agency had even investigated them for any criminal acts. Now, at the end of his presidency, he is pushing his lap god AG to do anything to bring a criminal case and although Barr has obediently done everything Trump has asked and protected him in every way possible, he couldn't magically create a criminal act, and Trump has denounced him because of it.

I think Biden should oust Barr, get a respected, professional career AG in place, and tell them to do their job without any interference by the White House. If the DOJ decides to bring charges, so be it. If they don't believe they can state a case that will result in a guilty verdict, then so be it. Biden should let the system work they way it is supposed to.

Unlikely. It would be very politically awkward for the state of New York to go forward with prosecuting Trump when the federal government has decided its not worth the trouble.

If Biden wins, I hope he buries the partisan guillotine.

No more “lock them all up” ****/mentality.

    Enough!

Mueller had a DUTY to report to the Speaker of the House any evidence of crimes and what charges there would so there would be an impeachment and removal and then he could proceed. JUST like with Clinton. Ken Starr issued his report to the House charging specific felonies his office found Clinton committed and would be indicted once out of office. Mueller brought no such charges.

The mistake they made was going down that path of phony accusations and attempts to create crimes. The Dems had their impeachment. Was ANYTHING from the Mueller report in it? No because Mueller could not make a case for it.

Well don't include the term "grand jury" in claiming he is an "unindicted co-conspirator". For that matter you are too then. You guys have been saying for four years "we got him now, this is it, just you wait" and continually end up with egg on the face.

Oh, now we are pretending to lock up Biden? Hilarious. Trump just forced his lap dog Barr to desperately find a criminal case before the election. Barr has a Texas prosecutor desperately search for a criminal act they could indict on. In the end, zippo! Isn't it funny one party wants to lock up members of the other party, but that party is the one committing all the crimes?
