CBS News calls out W.H. for breaking agreement and posting Trump's '60 Minutes' interview online

    CBS News on Thursday called out the White House for violating an agreement it had with the network and posting President Trump's full "60 Minutes" interview online ahead of its Sunday air date.
    "The White House's unprecedented decision to disregard their agreement with CBS News and release their footage will not deter '60 Minutes' from providing its full, fair and contextual reporting which presidents have participated in for decades," CBS News said in a statement.

    Wow. Can it get any worse?

    Trump, a person with a history of dishonesty in business agreements (evidenced by multiple bankruptcies), reneging on deals, stiffing contractors, and making frivolous claims about a sham "university"--is once again CAUGHT (Red-Handed) violating an agreement.

    Is anyone surprised?

    I don't think bias was covered by the agreement. Signatures mean something in this country.

    He would have signed an agreement prior to taping. If they decided to falsify their intentions and try and knowingly tape this to try and put Trump in a bad light to the point he walked off the set, that agreement doesn't give them the right to just fake accusations for a response.

    Good for Trump.

    No. Why would anyone be surprised he didn't keep an agreement? It seems his entire life is built around reneging and stiffing people.

    Trump takes on more hostile interviews than any democrat who every lived. Personally, if I was sitting in his shoes, I'd find more ways to piss those biased and hateful people off. What kind of bet do you want to make that tonight Biden gets the kid gloves treatment and Trump is attacked?

    Oh yes, 60 minutes trying to act like they are the virtuous ones. Notice how it took Australia 60 Minutes to dare to mention Epstein, or worse to dare to interview Tara Reade, where is US 60 minutes on those?

    Trump is his own worst enemy indeed. He should have told 60 minutes to just f**k off when they asked for an interview.

    Biden is such a wreck, the best strategy for Trump is to just try to get microphones shoved in Biden or Harris's faces, they both are dumber than rocks, either one never makes a statement that is not stupid at best, so I for one would like Trump to just stick to rally's, and shut up the rest of the time.

    Trump is a f###ing joke..... Stahl can be entirely biased that's no excuse to handle yourself in that manner.... and watching Trumplicans excuse or even encourage the poor behavior is astounding

    I suspect that if CBS actually had President Trump's signature on an agreement, they'd have shared it. The fact that they didn't makes me suspect no such signed agreement exists.

    Your whole argument actually implies that it is Trump who is dumber than rocks because he can’t make a statement that is not stupid at best when he’s interviewed.
    Otherwise, why should he be afraid of a CBS interview?

    Biden handled himself just fine in the debate.
