Mitch McConnell's Hand Is Discolored But He Swears Nothing Is Wrong

    Mitch McConnell, the 78-year-old Senate Majority Leader currently running for reelection, is denying any health issues despite photos showing his hand bandaged and severely discolored.

    On Wednesday, photos went viral of McConnell bending down to pick up a dropped face mask on Capitol Hill the day prior, revealing his right hand to be much darker than the rest of his body and that his thumb is bandaged.

    Any speculation on what may be happening?

    That appears to be a black man bending down as the left hand also appears to be that of a black.

    There are several pictures showing that really discolored hand and the rest of his body.

    There's clearly something bad going on there

    I only looked at the first picture which seemed to show both hands black. But in the pictures showing it to be McConnell he definitely has something going on with that right hand.

    Looking at pictures of Raynaud's online it doesn't seem nearly as severe as McConnells hand appears.

    He's old and potentially liable to a hard fall against a hard surface, bruising the hand. No need to concoct rare diseases he might have never heard of much less contracted.

    I'd say that he fell. Not uncommon for someone his age. If the hand is almost black, though, it could be going gangrene. That could be serious. Hope he recovers soon.

    What I wish, though, is that these politicians get an understanding of and compassion for other people's problems, by going through their own plight. Although, looking at trump, there is a fat chance of that.

    I am older than McConnell and in recent years I frequently get hand bruises on both hands with areas of black and blue appearing often without apparent explanation, but they are at most the size of a quarter with most being smaller.

    Ya know what? He's not talking about it, and has every right to his privacy on his health matters. If his constituents start bugging him for info, maybe he'll be more forthcoming. It's none of our business.

    On the other hand, one can hope, maybe just a little tiny bit, that he's slowly rotting from the inside out. He certainly is a rotten man, IMO.

    I have age related frequent bruises and discoloring of areas on my hands frequently inexplicable of how I got them. But they are spots the size of a quarter not the whole hand and wrist as his seems to be

    His dark colored hand could be explained by a fall but not the lips.
