The left is terrified that Christian ethos may invade an already-Catholic-majority high court.

For the record. Not once in my lifetime has any USSC justice ever told me which God to believe or deny. In my lifetime, countless times, I have in fact been told by leftists, many of whom later admit they haven't been in a church in years.

So when some brain-damaged leftist implies (or openly states, the left truly is that stupid) that Amy Coney Barrett will oversee child slavery in America, then it's time to call it moronic and be done with it.

The left invariably finds the most overblown wrong answer to ANYTHING possible, then races full-steam-ahead to misapply it.

That photo of her holding up that blank sheet of stationery was a triumph of photojournalism.

    Gotcha!

Wrong again it says Harry Reid invoked the Nuclear option for judges other than scotus. Mitchell expanded it to include scotus. I fully expect based the left's rhetoric that should they take control of the Senate, God forbid, that they will expand it to include everything else.

Joe Biden completely, ruthlessly denied white men and women their chance to become Vice-President. This bias went unremarked by slavish Droolers for the Dope.

The left routinely screens on the basis of racial "equality" and blames racism for unequal results. When the inevitable failure occurs, first blame the IQ tests and revise-to-suit. Then expect more leftist failure.

Sounds like an outstanding reason for the same Constitutional Convention which will guarantee Roe v Wade is revoked and sent back to each state for individual disposition. The fight over the Electoral College should also be top-notch viewing. Bigger ratings than a Biden parking lot appearance.

I think even Grey Matter would agree that we are as a nation split just about evenly on the 10th Amendment and its relationship to the federal compact. Your position evidently is one of using it as defense against unwanted federal ideas JUST as much as allowing each state to decide its own fate. If so, I agree.

G.M. does have a point that only a handful of Senators represent 51% of the population, but until the Constitution is formally superceded by any other document, it's a dead issue. Biden wouldn't dare open the ConCon in the mood our country is in, or never again would any state governor be given the power to do as much wrong as Gretchen Whitmer has done in Michigan.

The irony is that they represent the people more than they should, despite the posters ignorance of the original design

Overturning Roe vs Wade doesn't require a constitutional convention. The EC isn't going away.

    Which "dodges" do you mean?
    Specifically.
Cite and quote them so we can establish context.

translation: another satisfied Trumpster who could care less about abuse of power and hyporcrisy so long as "those people" don't win. If Dump does kill someone on 5th Ave., I'm sure Sandy will be there to make an excuse.

No Supreme Court nominee has said how they would rule on a hypothetical case. It would be irresponsible to do so.

True....and it looks like the GOP's senate edge is not as secure as they think.

True....but the dodges and glazed eyed obfuscation of her religious cultish group affiliations and her "originalist" clap trap are serious red flags.

That’s idiotic She’s not affiliated with a religious cult.

Supreme Court justices are sworn to uphold the US constitution. I know you think that a silly outdated idea.

And remember that she wasn't 100% forthcoming about this. You state the obvious about SC justices .... I never said different, and your accusation has no merit outside your personal opinion.

I agree with you on one part, that the EC is not going away, but remind you that the GOP's edge isn't secure....one of the reasons why they want that lock in the SCOTUS. that means VOTES, not "convention".
