Is this not a violation of Federal law?

I think it's State Law and it's within a certain number of feet, which has changed this year due to Social Distancing.

And if the Gateway Pundit said it was dark at night I would check on how many hours early the sun was rising.

You dont expect a left biased source would actually report on this, do you?

It's pathetic, so few goes to his rallies they pull this stunt. Yet he's "winning" in the polls.

Wow, if this was Trump pulling this, this thread would be at least several pages long by now.

Like I said to someone in another thread. The idea that the democrats play fair is the most profoundly ludicrous thing I’ve ever read on here.

Every year I see people gathering with political signs and banners OUTSIDE the required distance from the polling place. This is nothing new - every state has their own regulations about how close these people can be to the actual site. Another Right wing tempest in a tea cup.

    Next?

If they had ever actually voted, they would have gone right by people doing last minute campaigning.

If they had ever actually voted...

You know this is the very picture of desperation, I would heckle her had I been in that line. Screenshot 2020-10-26 at 1.01.03 PM.png

In Ohio, this is legal outside of 100' from a polling place.
Unless Trump does it, of course.

Hang on, in another thread we're being told that Biden is done campaigning. So which is it?

And this was supposed to have happened yesterday, when was that? Perhaps he got demoralized by the pathetic "turnout" to his events so now he seeks a captive audience instead.

It is legally 40 feet from the entrance in my state but locally they really don't care just as long as you are outside the door and not being aggressive. They tape a line at the door and as long as you don't cross it, you can have at handing out voter guides and the like. I think a local candidate was well within 40 feet of the entrance last year but she was outside the blue line so it was fair play.
