Well, if the said congressional initiatives and executive orders related to health care, then you could say that it was a plan. Ultimately, it is Congress that legislates, something that we often forget(And I'm not going to act like I've been a purist.). But it was Congress that gave us the disaster known as the ACA, and it is Congress that if it wants to try its hand at being a 'regulator' of health insurance companies(because that's de-facto what they're doing/debating), then they can try again.

But whether or not a 'plan' exists, health insurance companies will continue to exist and people can continue buying health care coverage.

The ultimate goal of the progressive left is to make that not true.

This is the GOP health care plan in a nutshell: No plan, let the free market sort it out.

Of course, the free market is survival of the fittest. So, if you have no insurance: Tough luck, go die on your own. I am sure most GOP voters don't have a problem with that -- until it hits themselves, or one of their own family. Of course, then it is too late for a change of heart.

We don’t need to regulate insurance companies, we need to bypass them and have a national healthcare system that is free at the point of delivery and is funded by all working people.

Republicans don't want a plan, and they would oppose any sort of plan.

    It's not a plan.

It is fascinating watching people support this insanity during a pandemic. Conservatively, we could have prevented 100K deaths. If we had a competent president, we could save another 100K between now and the inauguration. And then another 100K after that if Trump wins.

    That's your f***ing plan.

No it didn’t. That’s just RW propaganda.

Obamacare is a set of rules that PRIVATE insurance companies must follow. Even the “public option” is private insurance companies competing for business on the exchanges.

Getting rid of the mandate allows people to be irresponsible, by offloading their healthcare costs to the rest of the insured. I thought the GOP was FOR personal responsibility. I guess they are not anymore.

Ok Trump was less the honest. No surprise there. In reality though, having been unable to repeal or kill the ACA as of yet, it really would be impossible to come up with a plan when you are not sure whether or not you are going to have to build from scratch or build off of the ACA,

I would love to see someone dig up the video, slightly pre-2016 of Trump on stage lifting up meat packets (see, Trumps meats!) and some kind of magazine (see, Trump magazine!) Both were defunct at the time.

He is a unashamed pathological liar that cannot be shamed (how do you shame someone that feels inadequate every second of the day?) and in practise well on the way to becoming a human-form parasitic scum of the lowest order. Grant him though he has the singular talent of attracting like minds and working wonders in the dungeon. And, in case nobody noticed POTUS for the last 4 years.

Trump doesn't know the difference between aspirations like saying "we will protect pre-existing conditions", and a real plan on how to actually accomplish that.

Which is good enough for his supporters that don't know the difference either.

The individual mandate cost 150 million people their health insurance? Huh?

Do you even know what the individual mandate is? No? That's what I thought.

The huge book Trump’s press secretary presented to Lesley Stahl reminded me of the mystery bulky package on Judge Lance Ito’s bench during OJ Simpson’s trial.

Thus, evidence Trump has a health care plan.

LOL! Except that it didn't contain a plan. Just more smoke and mirrors for the rubes, just like the blank paper he signed in the hospital to give the appearance that he was busy.
