Supreme Court Won’t Extend Wisconsin’s Deadline for Mailed Ballots
    https://www.nytimes.com/2020/10/26/us/supreme-court-wisconsin-ballots.html

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court refused on Monday to revive a trial court ruling that would have extended Wisconsin’s deadline for receiving absentee ballots to six days after the election.

The vote was 5 to 3, with the court’s more conservative justices in the majority. As is typical, the court’s brief, unsigned order gave no reasons. But several justices filed concurring and dissenting opinions that spanned 35 pages and revealed a stark divide in their understanding of the role of the courts in protecting the right to vote during a pandemic.
    ................................................................
It's Schlitz Kavanaugh's concurrence that is full of errors and factual mistakes.

Because he doesent want late votes to count. He's the one who thinks that they wont be for him, is why he will be unhappy. Hes most likely correct.

Every republican I know, and I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE (of which I know about 50something), have ALL filled out their mail in ballots and dropped them off in an official ballot box. Even the 20something democrats I know have done it this way. they were smart enough not to trust regular mail either.

Why is this so hard to comprehend?

Its very easy, you fill it out, seal it and drop it off in this pretty little box

I dropped mine off after work, NO lines. besides, even if there was a line, how long do you think it takes to drop something in a slot?

“Fox and Friends” hosts Brian Kilmeade and Steve Doocy seemed to be feeling sour on Thursday morning over the Supreme Court’s latest rulings that allowed North Carolina and Pennsylvania to extend their deadlines for voters to return absentee ballots.

“What I find discouraging is that the Supreme Court is letting North Carolina and Pennsylvania extend the time in which they’re counting ballots,” Kilmeade complained. “Are you kidding?”

“Hey guys, there’s a siren on. If you have a ballot, mail it in,” he continued. “What’s taking so long? Why do you need extra days?”

Actually, don't mail it. Trump has so corrupted the USPS it isn't reliable.

Good to know that Republicans are all in on making sure every legal mail in vote is counted...no matter how long that takes

Agreed! Unlike the left, we don't like to CHEAT even if it goes against us. Taking the moral high ground (something the left knows nothing about) isn't always rewarding, but it is the RIGHT thing to do.

Supreme Court allows states to count late ballots!!
The interesting aspect of this is that neither SCOTUS nor the supreme court of Pennsylvania have any jurisdiction over what they ruled (or didn't rule) on. Some might think this is good for America, but I for one do not believe that a court stepping in to edict actions where they have no jurisdiction is.

Delayed up to nine days. Not forever. But not to worry. The polls lied. It will all be resolved and Donald John Trump will be sworn in to his second term. The rigged election for Biden will fail just as soundly as the rigged election for Hildabeast. A not-so-silent majority will clear its throat and their cough will echo around the world.

How Voting by Mail Could Cost Biden the Election
While in-person voting looks safer than expected, mail-in voting looks more dangerous—not because of fraud, but because of human error and partisan politics.
"With millions of people voting by mail for the first time this year, experts expect more errors—and more rejected ballots. In the 2020 primaries, more than 550,000 mail-in and absentee ballots were disqualified, a much higher number than four years ago. The problem is especially severe in some swing states. More than 23,000 mailed ballots were rejected in the presidential primaries in Wisconsin—more than Donald Trump’s margin of victory in that state in 2016. Deep-blue districts have had the same problem: New York City alone threw out more than 84,000 ballots this primary season."
