The only people threatening a Civil War are the ones that are shutting down free-speech and talking about taking away the Second Amendment. In fact the constitution says we could overturn our government if it becomes tyrannical.

President Trump is not the only one that will be challenging the elections in court. If President Trump wins Biden will be fighting to get the thrown out ballots counted. Just like Gore did in in 2000. If Biden wins President Trump will challenge the way absentee were used for those that did not qualify to use absentee ballots. There is a law that governs those ballots, and the states have violated that law. The law states that the only ones that can utilize absentee ballots are those out of the country, or not going to be in the area at the time of the elections. I have said many times that in person voting could be done safely in spite of the Coronavirus. All they have the voters have to do is keep their social distance, and wear masks or face shields. Also the precincts will have to disinfect the voting booths after every voter. That way everyone will be protected from exposure to the virus. So, there is no reason for mass absentee voting for everyone. The reason that the DNC wants it is that it bypass state laws that requires current ID to vote.

I estimate that about 20% of the mail in ballots will be thrown out because they arrive late, not filled out properly, or the signatures do not match the signatures on file at the voter registration office. As of September there was more then 618,000 mail in recieved. If my prediction is correct then more then 123,000 will be thrown out. Further, this process disenfranchise many prospective voters. I know a lot of people that refuse to go to the voter registration office because they want to stay as far away from the government as possible. So, they will be able to request file for an absentee ballot. That has to be done in person at the voter registration office. The state of Virginia shut down early voting for this election. So, anyone that wants to vote will have to do so at the polling places in person. So, both candidates have a reason to contest this election in court. That is why President Trump said that the election will probably be decided by the courts. That means that the President's tweet is spot on.
