One of Trump's last tweets before election might be the most disturbing?

None of that is "well known" or factual. They're talking about adding justices to the SCOTUS. After the deeply hypocritical manner in which this latest justice was pushed through the process during an election, as no other administration in our history has ever done, I don't blame them. The court has been stacked with ultra-conservative justices, a 6 to 3 majority. It's Republicans who have stacked the court with ideologues, not Democrats.

And why shouldn't the American citizens of DC and Puerto Rico have representation in congress?

You can ignore the truth if that's your habit, but running from valid debate points makes a very negative statement about you and your knowledge of the actual facts.

It doesn't matter what way the military rank and file lean politically, there is no way they will ever support your pissy little armed uprising. THAT would be against the document you claim to revere.

 

My first thought is that getting triggered by a Donald Trump tweet is pretty funny.

Hopefully the election will go smoothly and each state will be able to declare a winner without controversy. Then it will be settled and done.

There is, however, a descent probability that one or more states will be too close to call and a disagreement between parties will end up in the Supreme Court. Look at history, particularly the 2020 Florida vote which ended up at the Supreme Court. Bush won by a little over 500 votes out of millions of votes. New Mexico, by the way, was won by Al Gore with only a 366 vote advantage, but both parties in NM agreed that Gore won, so there was not lawsuit.

In a perfect world, states will come to an agreement without court intervention in any states where the vote is a virtual tie. We don't live in a perfect world. Both parties are lawyered up for a fight. Let's hope for a clear and decisive winner in each of the states. We really don't need any more drama in 2020.

 

Those aren't actions - they are words. And since the words of so many GOPers have no sincerity, why are you banging on about the words of Dems?
