Biden is going to shoot an unarmed black man?

I was wondering the same. Memes don't have to elicit any thought, just emotion. When did so-called conservatives become such emotionally driven people?

Do me a favor and pick out the relevant text, please.

I know about unconfirmed cases because I was one, back in the spring. I was "quarantined" for only 7 days, not 14, so I know from experience that the two diagnoses are not treated exactly the same, so please make your case; don't give me a link to something I have no desire to peruse.

which is why they are likely inflating their numbers, to get more money. So he’s probably not lying.

Lol, being in the medical profession doesn’t make you immune to greed. I imagine most doctors went into the field to make a **** ton of money, not out of the goodness of their heart. There are plenty of ways to be good without the massive investment of time and money.
Nothing against them for it, just plain old normal human greed.

It does nothing for sure. Trump speaks without thinking far too often and this is another example of saying something relatively stupid that can’t benefit him. Add it to the pile.

Deaths and cases are being underreported, and life isn't a movie where all your enemies are conspiratorial freaks and your friends are altar boys. Life doesn't work that way. People lie. People steal. Newsflash, huh? I dunno 'bout you, but common sense tells me the level of honesty, professionalism, dedication to excellence and overall integrity is much higher among health-care workers than the general public. Are there dishonest doctors and nurses? Sure. Is the health care system being run by a cabal of lying, thieving, money grubbing Trump haters? Only a child would entertain such a possibility.

I suggest you reevaluate what you think you know.

    https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/covid-data/faq-surveillance.html

A COVID-19 case includes confirmed and probable cases and deaths. This change was made to reflect an interim COVID-19 positionpdf iconexternal icon statement issued by the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists on April 5, 2020. The position statement included a case definition and made COVID-19 a nationally notifiable disease.

A probable case or death is defined as:

This has been well known for quite awhile....clearly you don't keep up.

If 'covid' is listed as cause of death, hospitals get more money. This is not news. Why do you think someone who was shot in the head was listed as a covid death? 95 year old cancer patient dies due to covid? Why do you think these things happen?

Okay. So, what is your point? That just proves what I wrote. I surmised there were two sets of statistics, and there are. When I went through it, it was called "unconfirmed" rather than "probable." So what?

I have no objection to this definition. Why would anyone object to a highly educated and trained professional making a medical diagnosis? That's his job. What do you suggest they do? Turn tail and say, "I dunno."

What are you objecting to here?

I object to incentivizing the hospitals to have as many covid case declarations as possible. An unnecessary subsidy that has a high risk of hospitals creating policies which allows their doctors to legitimately declare as many covid cases as possible while still providing the necessary healthcare to their patients and make a ton of money for the hospital. The same hospital which provides those doctors with the latest and greatest equipment and facilities possible... IF they have the funding.

Stop acting like the totals can be trusted. This is just one instance at one location where people clearly did not die from covid.

You want to try to claim this is the only one? Or would you like to be reasonable and realize that it's possible, and probable, that people are doing dishonest things for politics and money?

Greedy smart people become stock brokers, not doctors.

There are lots of greedy doctors. Hollywood plastic surgeons come to mind. Also, those two glorified chiropractors from Bakersfield. The Trump surrogates. Greedy, manipulative people (no pun intended, on both counts). Guys trying to save people from dying a horrific death from covid? Nah, they're not in it for the money. And trying to paint a picture of a corrupt, Trump hating medical community gone mad, isn't worthy as a bedtime fairy tale.

    Great.

You just posted a link that totally DEBUNKED your epically failed attempt at a "narrative":

So are hospitals inflating the numbers?

While it's possible, there is no proof of it happening.

    The Medicare spokesperson said:

"Claims with inaccurate diagnosis or DRG would be subject to recoupment and/or other potential civil or criminal charges for false claims."

To date, News 8 could not find any hospitals cited for making inaccurate claims on discharge papers or death certificates.

    Good lookin' out. :salute:

    That was an interesting rebuttal.

To date, News 8 could not find any hospitals cited for making inaccurate claims on discharge papers or death certificates.

Very first sentence. Do you have another link?

Go away? Why? You post something, support it. It doesn't take a genius to realize no one is going to accept a death certificate that lists covid as the cause of death when brains are splattered all over the wall. That's a ridiculous claim. One you made. And you want me to go away because I'm calling you on it? Lmao. I was nice. Bluntly, back up your nonsense or you go away.

What proposals? All they do is repeatedly and unsuccessfully try to destroy the ACA, with nothing to put in its place.

That was in reference to hospitals documenting covid as a cause of death when it wasn't.

It literally had nothing to do with my claim.

    Maybe keep reading?

"News 8 can verify that hospitals do get paid more for COVID-19 related cases"

And what's funny, your "brains splattered" sentence.....a gunshot victim was listed as a covid death in florida. And you said that was ridiculous too. You can't seem to get anything right. I'll post the link...again....for you.

    https://wpde.com/news/nation-world/deaths-incorrectly-attributed-to-covid-19-in-florida-county

I backed up my claim and that's why I told you to go away.....we're done but you may keep spewing nonsense all you want.
